To evaluate the safety of emergency training for industrial accident scenarios, an approach combining analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and gray-fuzzy evaluation is proposed. According to the characteristics of industrial emergency training scenarios, a safety evaluation index system for this training is constructed from four aspects: human, machine, environment, and management. The index weight is established using the AHP and the evaluation model is established base of the gray-fuzzy evaluation method. Based on the combination of the two methods, the quantitative results on training safety was obtained and the most important factor that have the greatest impact on training safety was found. Using this new assessment method, the safety of an industrial accident training scenario for a domestic emergency training facility are assessed, the defects in its emergency capacity are determined, and measures and suggestions are recommended to provide scientific and effective basis for improving emergency capacity.

The teaching buildings in colleges and universities are crowded and prone to accidents. The emergency evacuation capability of these buildings is evaluated by applying the methods of fault tree, entropy weight-logarithmic fuzzy multiobjective programming (E-LFMP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. An index system was constructed using the basic event structure importance of the accident tree, and the influencing factors were more systematic. In order to improve the objectivity and rationality of the evaluation process and results, this study combines the entropy weight method and multi-objective fuzzy logarithmic programming (LFMP) method to form the entropy weight-logarithmic fuzzy multiobjective programming. Consequently, the weights of different levels of index factors were analyzed and calculated, and more comprehensive content was considered. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the emergency evacuation ability of a teaching building. The maximum membership degree is 0.4025, and the corresponding grade is "general", indicating that its emergency evacuation ability must be improved. Based on the weight ratio and grade results of indicators in the evaluation model of emergency evacuation capability, safety rectification measures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of improving information systems, widening evacuation channels and strengthening safety channel maintenance.

Abstract-In this paper, we introduce a new non-uniform memory access (NUMA) acceleration algorithm for parallel finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method on NUMA architecture workstation. We compare the performance of parallel FDTD method with and without the NUMA acceleration technique. An ideal test case and an engineering example show that the NUMA acceleration technique can efficiently improve the computing performance of FDTD parallel applications.

In this work, we developed a third-generation automobile steel with high strength and elongation of 0.1C–11Mn medium manganese steel using a simple quenching and low-temperature tempering heat treatment procedure. At different austenitisation temperatures, the microstructure and mechanical properties of manganese steel were examined. The microstructure included tempered martensite (TM), austenite, and ultra-fine-grained ferrite. The steel achieved the highest strength and elongation of 39.1GPa·% when it was quenched at 630°C for 10 min and tempered at 450°C for 5 min. In conclusion, dislocation strengthening was the primary factor to increase yield strength. At 630°C, the steel achieved its best mechanical properties because of a higher austenite stability, work-hardening capability, and synergistic impact of ultra-fine-grained ferrite and martensite.
