In recent years, location-based services have received increased attention, with many developed practical applications for GPS, such as traffic navigation, travel guides, album maps, etc. This study developed a P2P mobile navigation system that supports both indoor and outdoor positioning. When a user walks indoor or outdoor exhibition areas with mobile navigation equipment, this system can indicate the position of the user, and the location-based P2P clustering mechanism enables the user to download relevant 3D scenes and multimedia information in P2P mode from nearby peers with the same navigation interest, thus, navigation data transmission efficiency is effectively increased.
