Relying on the development of cultural tourism resources and the development of cultural tourism industry to achieve regional industrial revitalization is an important way of implementing postdisaster reconstruction in areas suffering from major natural disasters. To this end, this article proposes a local cultural IP development and cultural creative design method based on big data and the Internet of Things to explore new ideas for postdisaster reconstruction in such areas. First, we collect traditional and modern cultural element data and carry out data cleaning and processing through the Internet of Things. Second, we use data mining to perform multilayer collaborative processing on regional cultural data based on ontology modeling and tensor decomposition. Based on our approach, local cultural categories can be effectively screened and filtered out. Finally, we establish a cultural IP development model based on the Internet of Things and verify the validity and applicability of the model through system testing and simulation analysis.
is far from an easy task and acquiring Chinese characters is probably the greatest challenge. Many foreign students outside the Chinese Character Culture Circle, beginners in particular, give up learning Chinese characters because of the ideographic system. This system embraces phonology, glyphs and semantic meaning, which are completely different from alphabetic writing. What makes things worse is that TCCF has been ignored for a long time in TCFL. TCFL started to develop in China in the early 1950s, and that involved teaching some simple characters including strokes, the order of strokes and structural analysis. 1 There were no independent character textbooks for foreigners. The content concentrating on teaching characters did not play a leading role in materials for teaching Chinese. Furthermore, most teachers paid little attention to, or neglected character teaching and training, due to the lack of linguistic knowledge. After the mid-1990s, more and more scholars began to attach importance to the research on TCCF, which has gone deep into character components, radicals, constituent theory, etc. A large number of articles was reported in scientific journals. At the same time, several character textbooks for foreign beginners were also published, such as 500 Basic Chinese Characters, 2 Guidance of Chinese Characters, 3 Easy Way to Learn Chinese Characters. 4 Character classes as voluntary or compulsory courses have been offered by many schools. In addition, some teaching concepts and methods were proposed, such as "interaction between Pinyin and characters", "teaching method of componential structure", 5 "basic component + basic character system", 6 "character recognition/

Following the continuous and stable economic growth, Chinese influence on the world's politics and economy becomes more significant. The number of people worldwide who want to study Chinese and learn about China constantly increases. It is undeniable that grammatical teaching holds a vital place in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Just as an educational scholar, Wang said in the past that "when teaching Chinese as a foreign language, leaving out grammar is inconceivable" 2 . In recent years, such fields of study as a theoretical and practical approach to grammatical teaching made significant progress. Many treatises, teaching programmes, and materials have been published one after another, which is encouraging on a large scale.Regarding the questions about principles in the grammatical teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, Zheng 3 , Lu 4 , and other scholars all made important analyses and assertions. As the research becomes more profound, especially all kinds of theoretical and practical methods more diversifying, the corresponding achievements gradually influence teaching Chinese as a foreign language. While looking at the positives, we also draw attention to another aspect, namely, impacting the most deeply rooted principles of teaching Chi-
