AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari ukuran perusahaan, leverage, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu ukuran perusahaan, leverage, profitabiltas dan nilai perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) ukuran perusahaan, leverage, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) leverage berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signfikan terhadap nilai Kata kunci: leverage, nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan.
This research aimed examine the impact of land area, capital and the total of production on the income of vegetable farmers in Baturiti District. The population in this study is all farmers who have a vegetable farming business in Baturiti District. Researchers took samples from four villages, the majority of which are vegetable farmers, namely Candikuning Village, Batunya Village, Bangli Village and Baturiti Village. The data collectied by questions given to vegetable farmers, and its analysised by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there was a significant simultaneous effect between land area, capital and the total production on income, (2) there was a positive and partially significant effect between land area, capital and the total of production on income. This study shows the contribution of the variable land area, capital and total production to income amounted to 44.2%, while the remaining 55.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh risiko bisnis, ukuran perusahaan dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap struktur modalsecara simultan dan parsial pada perusahaan properti dan real estate.Subjek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti dan real estate dan objek penelitian adalah risiko bisnis, ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan penjualan dan struktur modal.Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen, dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan dari risiko bisnis, ukuran perusahaan dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap struktur modalsebesar 28,6%, (2) ada pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan secara parsial dari risiko bisnis terhadap struktur modalsebesar 0,9%, (3) ada pengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara parsial dari ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modalsebesar 50,7%, (4) ada pengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan secara parsial dari pertumbuhan penjualanterhadap struktur modal sebesar 18,9%.Kata Kunci: pertumbuhan penjualan, risiko bisnis, struktur modal,ukuran perusahaan
This study aims to obtain the explanation finding which tested about the: (1) influence of competecy and job control on the job satisfaction, (2) influence of competecy and job control on the performance, (3) influence of job satisfaction on the performance, and (4) impact of competency and job control on the performance by job satisfaction as moderating variable at the employe's district government in the Province of Bali. This research used causal quantitative research design. The subject of this study are district government employees and its object are competency, job control, job satisfaction, and performance. The population of study were civil servants who were spread in sevent district government in the Province of Bali. The determination of the sample in study had done through two stages random, there are random phase to select (1) the district governments which are carried out using the simple random sampling technique and (2) employees who are spread in the district government which are selecting as sample by using stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected by using questionnaire and equipped with structured interview techniques, then analyzed by path analysis. The findings of the research show that (1) competency and job control have a significant influence on the job satisfaction, (2) competency and job control have a significant influence on the performance, (3) job satisfaction has a significant influence on the performance and (4) competency and job control have a significant impact on the performance by job satisfaction as moderating variable at the employee's district government in the Province of Bali.
