Penyakit demam berdarah dengue (DBD) masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat terutama di daerah tropis maupun subtropis. Upaya pengendalian DBD di Indonesia ditekankan pada upaya pencegahan melalui pemberantasan sarang nyamuk (PSN) 3M Plus dengan partisipasi seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi PSN melalui 3M plus dalam upaya preventif DBD. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala keluarga (KK) di Kecamatan Pamulang. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik gugus bertahap (multistage sampling), sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 300 KK. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagian besar responden tidak melakukan perilaku PSN melalui tindakan 3M plus (52,7%). Faktor yang secara signifikan mempengaruhui perilaku PSN melalui tindakan 3M plus adalah umur (Pv=0,016; OR=1,812), pendidikan (Pv=0,002; OR=2,121), pengetahuan (Pv=0,000; OR=5,755), sikap (Pv=0,000; OR=4,635), dukungan petugas kesehatan (Pv=0,044; OR=1,654) dan dukungan kader (Pv=0,014; OR=1,827). Sedangkan variabel penghasilan tidak dapat dibuktikan (Pv=0,453). Perlu dilakukan promosi kesehatan tentang PSN-DBD terutama kepada masyarakat yang berumur mudah dan berpendidikan rendah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya melakukan PSN 3M plus serta mau mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
