SUMMARY: An enzyme electrophoresis method is described for determining several isozyme phenotypes useful in monitoring and characterizing human cell lines in culture. Electrophoresis runs are completed in 25 to 40 min. The methods are straightforward and do not require a large investment in preparation time or equipment.
