Hemp seed has been used as a traditional oriental medicine and health food in China for centuries. Polysaccharides from hemp seed (HSP) exhibit important properties of intestinal protection, but there are limited data on the specific underlying mechanism. The primary objective of this study was to investigate the protective effect of HSP on intestinal oxidative damage induced by cyclophosphamide (Cy) in mice. The results showed that pretreatment with HSP significantly increased the average daily gain, thymus index, spleen index, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity in serum and ileal homogenate and significantly reduced malondialdehyde (MDA) content in ileal homogenate. In addition, the expression levels of SOD, GSH-Px, Nrf2, heme oxidase-1 (HO-1), and quinoneoxidoreductase-1 (NQO1) mRNA in ileal homogenate were significantly increased. Western blot results showed that HSP significantly upregulated the expression of Nrf2 protein and downregulated the expression of Keap1 protein in the ileum. Collectively, our findings indicated that HSP had protective effects on intestinal oxidative damage induced by Cy in mice, and its mechanism might be related to the activation of Nrf2-Keap1 signaling pathway.
Abstract. To identified weaknesses, played strengths of leisure fishery and disadvantage into advantage, this article taken recreational fishery of Zhoushan as the research object, through basic investigation, combination and new The Measures for the Administration of Zhejiang Province Leisure Fishing Vessel and relevant regulations of recreational fishery in Zhoushan to comprehensively analyze the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, and then put the results into the SWTO matrices. At this time, the countermeasures of putting forward reasonable laws, strengthening the guide, improving the management system of leisure fishery, establishing a new talent competition mechanism and exploring various channels were put to develop new patterns and adapt to the new situation from Zhejiang province and the operators. In conclusion, these realize the stable development of Zhoushan's leisure fishery, provide fishermen more employment opportunities except fishing and alleviate the pressure of the Marine fishery resources and environment.
Nowadays, fishing boats are the most vulnerable to danger in the sea. The success rate of rescue after the accident is also lower than the average success rate of national maritime search and rescue. According to incomplete statistics, the direct economic loss of 290,000 marine motor fishing vessels per year is nearly 1 billion yuan. Every year about 600 fishermen die or disappear and more than 1,000 ships sink. According to the statistics of the total number of Chinese Fishing Vessel Owners Mutual Insurance Association in recent 10 years, the Chinese Fishing Vessel Owners Mutual Insurance Association has insured 1.77 million fishing crew members in recent 10 years, with a mortality rate of 2.110 per 100,000 people. Considering other factors, the mortality rate of Chinese marine fishermen can be set at 162 per 100,000 people per year. It is estimated that China has 2 million seafarers and the annual death toll should reach 3235. Fishing vessels in distress at sea are often unable to save themselves. The only way to survive is to call a nearby ship and equip it with communication equipment. However, coastal fishing vessels mainly rely on shortwave or ultra-shortwave intercom equipment for communication. Channels are divided by frequency, and they interfere with each other at the same frequency. Analog technology can only communicate with similar products, but can not connect to public communication networks (such as wired networks, mobile networks). It is imminent to study the communication support technology of ocean fishing vessel in distress.
Orifice plate energy dissipaters have been successfully used in large-scale hydropower projects due to their simple structure, convenient construction procedure, and high energy dissipation ratio. The minimum wall pressure coefficient of an orifice plate can indirectly reflect its cavitation characteristics: the lower the minimum wall pressure coefficient is, the better the ability of the orifice plate to resist cavitation damage is. Thus, it is important to study the minimum wall pressure coefficient of the orifice plate. In this study, this coefficient and related parameters, such as the contraction ratio, defined as the ratio of the orifice plate diameter to the flood-discharging tunnel diameter; the relative thickness, defined as the ratio of the orifice plate thickness to the tunnel diameter; and the Reynolds number of the flow through the orifice plate, were theoretically analyzed, and their relationships were obtained through physical model experiments. It can be concluded that the minimum wall pressure coefficient is mainly dominated by the contraction ratio and relative thickness. The lower the contraction ratio and relative thickness are, the larger the minimum wall pressure coefficient is. The effects of the Reynolds number on the minimum wall pressure coefficient can be neglected when it is larger than 10 5 . An empirical expression was presented to calculate the minimum wall pressure coefficient in this study.
The backflow region length in sudden-reduction oil tube is not only closely associated with its energy loss, but
is also closely related to the partition between orifice plate and plug. In this paper, the characteristics of backflow region
length in sudden-reduction oil tube are researched. The results illustrated that backflow region length decreases with the
increase in the contraction ratio. Moreover, when Reynolds number is more than 105, Reynolds number has little impact
on backflow region length. Empirical expression about backflow region length in sudden-reduction oil tube is also
discussed in this paper.
