In recent years, the rapid development of China’s economy makes the existing building stock soaring, many of which have the service life of more than 10 years, thus emerging more and more hidden diseases, diseases and other quality problems urgently need to be reinforced. This paper around a multilayer cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure of the old buildings, through the inspection process, the conclusion and the reinforcement scheme of combing the following conclusion: after old buildings reconstruction must be strictly according to the professional testing department of the appraisal report issued to reinforce the transformation processing, transformation of conditions in addition to meet the design requirements, the feasibility of economic cost should also be considered. The old buildings that cannot meet the above two basic conditions should not be changed or reinforced rashly.
The wide application of energy-saving technology in the construction of building engineering can effectively deal with the problem of energy consumption in the construction process. The application of various energy-saving construction technologies in construction engineering can reasonably reduce the construction cost of construction engineering, is conducive to improving the thermal insulation efficiency of construction engineering, and then improve the construction quality of construction engineering, and greatly improve the economic and social benefits of construction. Based on the construction characteristics in the Northeast China Region under low temperature conditions, this article studies the influences of admixtures without antifreezing agent of different types and amounts on the low-temperature concrete and characteristics of pore structure. The results show that the amount of the admixtures is stable, the compressive strength of concrete under the curing condition of low temperature naturally varying is higher than the strength under the curing condition of constant low temperature while the porosity of the concrete under the curing condition of low temperature naturally varying is lower than the porosity under the curing condition of constant low temperature; The most appropriate curing method for the concrete used in winter construction is the curing method of low temperature naturally varying.
In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization, urban sewage pipe has become an important infrastructure, which plays a significant role in urban ecological security and social production development. Based on the investigation and analysis of concrete corrosion of sewage pipe in a certain city, the indoor simulated corrosion test is carried out, and the durability design method of sewage pipe concrete is put forward. Research findings show that the main cause of concrete corrosion failure in sewage pipe is sulfate erosion, and the modification of pipe concrete by mineral admixture and polypropylene fiber can effectively improve the durability of pipe concrete in sewage corrosion environment.
Prefabricated structure is an important way to realize the industrialization of architecture. With its fast construction speed and high economic benefits, it has developed rapidly. This paper introduces the research status of prefabricated structure node at home. The way of beam-column connection of prefabricated concrete frame structure has hindered the progress of prefabricated concrete frame structure to some extent. This paper explores the joints of a new type of fabricated concrete frame structure. By referring to the connection method of steel structure joints, the connection complexity of beam reinforced bars is reduced to a great extent.
