The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of CR, DER, and EPS on Share Prices at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. This type of research is causal associative research which aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with another. The population in this study are all financial reports on PT.Indfood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The sample used is the financial statements at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk from 2009-2018. The method of data analysis is done by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the CR, DER and EPS significantly influence stock prices
This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of hedonic shopping value and shopping lifestyle on the impulse buying of Albadar 6 gang community. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, which is a study that aims to explain an empirical phenomenon accompanied by statistical data, characteristics and relationships between variables using techniques. data collection using questionnaires and literature study. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The sample in this study was the community of Gang Albadar 6, amounting to 78 respondents using the Slovin formula. The method used in data collection is purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the two independent variables, namely hedonic shopping value and shopping lifestyle, affect impulse buying. The value of R Square equation of 0.595 means that the impulsive buying variable (dependent) which can be explained by the hedonic shopping value and shopping lifestyle (independent) variables in this study is 59.5% while 40.5% is influenced by other variables not explained by the this study.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict and morale on employee performance in the Avsec Division of Angkasa Pura II Kuala Namu.The population in this study were employees of the Avsec Division of Angkasa Pura II Kuala Namu using a sample of 92 people. To obtain data in the preparation of this thesis, the author uses observation data collection instruments (observations), interviews, and distributes questionnaires. In analyzing the data using multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and determination test.The result showed that: (1) partially work conflict has an effect on employee performance in the avsec division of Angkasa Pura II Kuala Namu. (2) morale has an effect on employee performance in the Avsec division of Angkasa Pura II Kuala Namu. (3) Simultaneously work conflict and morale have an effect on employee performance in the Avsec division of Angkasa Pura II Kuala Namu.
This research was conducted to determine the factors that affect the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The type of data in this study is secondary data. The data sources used are the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company's annual financial statements obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory.Sampling techniques used in this research are purposive sampling methods in basic industrial and chemical manufacturing companies, chemical sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange research period 2009 – 2018.The data analysis technique used is factor analysis with SPSS program version 25.The result of analysis of capital structure factor is Ln total assets, Earning Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT), Net sales, Return On Equity (ROE) and Return On Asset (ROA) meet the requirements and able to explain each of the factors of the capital structure in the company.
This study aims to learn about "The Effect of Services and Promotions on Customer Satisfaction in Interventions as Variables in BPR Laksana Abadi Sunggal. This type of research is associative research that is research that discusses the relationship between two variables. The population in this study is the entire research of BPR Laksana Abadi Sunggal. The technique used in this study uses probability sampling or random sampling with representatives, so the number of this study was 100 respondents taken from part of the funds at BPR Laksana Abadi Sunggal. Based on the results of this research, it can be seen that service and promotion variables are positive and significant to Customer Satisfaction in Trustworthiness as an Intervening Variable in BPR Laksana Abadi Sunggal.
