RESUMOFaz uma análise do comportamento da sociedade brasileira na atualidade, constatando que estamos vivendo uma transição civilizatória que apresenta aspectos pré-modernos, modernos e pós-modernos. Dentre as diversas mudanças em andamento, verifica-se o aumento da exigência da separação entre Religião e Estado e a consequente perda de influência das Igrejas Cristãs tradicionais (religião predominante no país), com a relativização da ética, da moral e dos costumes. A família nos dias de hoje está se fragmentando, criando um entrelaçamento de múltiplas relações entre componentes familiares de origens diferentes que está trazendo consequências bastante complexas para a sociedade. Nota-se a supervalorização da juventude em detrimento de outras fases da vida, tendo como consequência o aumento do desafio à ordem vigente. ABSTRACTThe essay analyzes the behavior of Brazilian society today, noting that we are living in a transitional time when aspects pre-modern, modern and postmodern coexist. Among the many changes underway, there is an increasing demand for separation of religion and State and the consequent loss of influence of traditional Christian churches (the predominant religion in the country), with the relativity of ethics, morals and customs. The family today is fragmenting, creating a tangle of multiple family relationships between components of different origins that are quite complex having consequences for society. Note the super-exploitation of youth at the expense of other life stages, resulting in an increased challenge to the prevailing order. The new concept of happiness is influenced by capitalism, which through consumerism and materialism, is | 131 causing people to feel happy if they have goods, services and even people. The technological revolution and information technology have enabled the creation of the virtual world where people are isolated, because they think they are in a perfect world. The large amount of produced news difficult to filter information useful and true. The essay concludes that the future of society is uncertain and foggy, and that, given these changes and the new social framework that is developed, it should revisit the State and the institutions within it. In particular, the law may contribute to the maintenance of social equilibrium, since, given these new paradigms of society, rethink their way of production, application and protection.
