Objective: to evidence from the scientific literature the clinical and therapeutic characterization of children with Pediatric Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome and definition of their respective diagnostic diagnoses; Method: the study is configured as a scope review, it is organized by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) in which it is proposed by the Joanna Briggs Institute; Results: 34 articles were identified after a sample in the databases, and after the selection of data inclusion and exclusion of 16 final articles; Final considerations: Nursing care for children and adolescents with SIM-P is still unexplored and has limited scientific evidence. In addition, nurses should be aware of updates on a thorough clinical assessment, including anamnesis, physical examination, epidemiological link with suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the 2nd to 4th week prior, in addition to Complementary tests to assess the process. inflammation and the recovery of organs, to early identification and treatment, having as vital functions.
Objectives: To investigate how the course “Training of Multipliers in Workshops - Caring for the Caregiver∕ Regaining Self-Esteem” contributed to a new perception of self-care, experienced by professionals working in the PCU in the city of João Pessoa, in spite of situations of emotional fragility, triggered in the work environment. Method: The study used a qualitative approach, using as method for data collection a semi-structured questionnaire with questions about self-care practices used before and after the course. The research population included participants of the course in 2013 and the sample was composed of all who provided the necessary information, resulting in 36 participants. Results: It was observed through the answers, significant changes in everyday practices related to self-care, where 29 participants, equivalent to 81%, were influenced by the course. Conclusion: It was significantly observed that the course changed the understanding of self-care by developing its experiences with the participants.
RESUMO -Introdução: Primeiros Socorros podem ser definidos como ações iniciais e rápidas que têm de ser imediatamente oferecido a uma pessoa, vítima de acidente ou de mal súbito. Objetivo: Avaliar a percepção de alunos universitários acerca de condutas básicas de primeiros socorros. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa transversal, descritiva com abordagem quantitativa. A população do estudo compreendeu os discentes do curso de enfermagem de uma faculdade privada do município de João Pessoa, Paraíba. A determinação da amostra foi do tipo probabilística, por meio da técnica de amostragem simples, tendo como número inicial 100 indivíduos. A análise dos dados efetivou-se numa abordagem quantitativa por meio da estatística descritiva de natureza univariada e inferencial. Durante todo o processo da pesquisa, especialmente na fase da coleta de informações empíricas, foram observados os aspectos éticos que normatizam a pesquisa
