The development of creativity is necessary for all professionals and universities can not be exempted from it. According to studies (Acentura, 2007) is one of creativity does not develop skills in universities. This urgency becomes even more pressing when it comes to career information in the present conditions of production and consumption of information. This paper presents a practical implementation of the project approach in two countries to develop creativity in students of public universities
Abstract-Creativity development is one of the most important human features. It must be developed at universities. The creative development in informatics engineers for computerization processes is very important for many countries. Forming an engineer with these qualities is important and their detection is of utmost importance.

Various psychological currents have studied this process from different angles and in this article the analysis will be made from the three most current: cognitivism, humanism and the historical-cultural approach. Didactics as a science is based on psychology and has developed a system of principles that underpin its theoretical body using psychological results. The article analyzes the principles that have been addressed in the literature so far. Subsequently, the essential postulates of the Subjectivity Theory as a slope of the historical–cultural approach are discussed. Finally, new principles that support a didactic system based on the theory of subjectivity are defined.
