The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of quality management on green innovation, as measured by green process innovation and green product innovation. The study also aims to examine the effect of green innovation as a mediating variable between quality management and firm value. Data were collected from 352 annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the financial year 2014-2017. The study employed simple regression analysis, multiple regression and Sobel Test for hypotheses testing. The results showed that quality management has a positive effect on green process innovation, but not with green product innovation. Quality management decreases firm value, but, when the company conducts a green process innovation together with quality management, firm value increases. Being an ISO 9001 certified company does not guarantee implementing green product innovation because it requires a large investment. Companies can enhance firm value by simultaneously and consistently employing quality management, green process innovation and green product innovation.

This study aims to test empirically whether the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) has a positive effect on Sustainability Reporting (SR) and whether the ACGS and Sustainability Reporting (SR) have a positive effect on Firm Value (FV). The study was conducted in five ASEAN countries -Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Thailand from 2014 -2017. The research sample was collected from companies with the ACGS data and obtained with the help of 359 company observations. Hypothesis testing was performed using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results of the study do not support all hypotheses. The ACGS has no effect on sustainability reporting. The ACGS has a significant negative effect on firm value, while sustainability reporting has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. The ACGS and sustainability reporting are not good news for investors. This research's limitation is that companies rarely disclose the final value of the ACGS in their annual reports, so this research uses content analysis. The weakness of content analysis is the researchers' subjectivity so that the point of view between researchers is different. Besides, sustainability reporting for several ASEAN countries is voluntary, so not all companies can be sampled, which ultimately affects interpretation.

Unethical and irresponsibilty behaviour has recently led to an increasing popularity of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) worldwide. CSR is considered not only focusing on the right business but also emphasizing the business responsibility for dynamic environmental change. The reputation of companies that engage in CSR activities will likely improve in the eyes of stakeholders as stakeholders obtain information regarding the company's activities or products presented in the CSR report, which in turn could indirectly affects the reputation. This study aims to analzye whether  the CSR activities carreid out by the company will improve reputation.  Research sample consists of 36 non banking and financial institution company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2013-2015 who was declared as winner of Sustainability Report Award (SRA) 2016. The result of hypothesis testing based on simple linear regression indicate that CSR has negative effect to company reputation.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one way the responsibility of corporations to investors and stakeholders. This study aims to examine that CSR can enhance firm performance. Research observation consists of 79 manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and discloses CSR expenditure in the monetary period 2014-2017. The results of hypothesis testing based on linear regression indicate that CSRt (this year) decreases future firm performance (ROAt + 1).
