Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang yang termasuk negara dengan persentase pernikahan usia dini tinggi di dunia. Pernikahan dini pada remaja merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan memiliki lebih banyak implikasi negatif terhadap kelangsungan hidup remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian pernikahan usia muda di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar tahun 2019. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengetahuan responden terhadap kejadian pernikahan Usia Muda. Ada pengaruh antara pendidikan, pengetahuan, ekonomi responden terhadap kejadian pernikahan dini. Diharapakan untuk lebih meningkatkan penidikan kesehatan bagi remaja dan orang tuanya tentang bahanyanya melakukan pernikahan dini bagi kesehatan maupun masa depan bagi remaja itu sendiri.
Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan salah satu indikator derajat kesehatan masyarakat di suatu negara. Hal ini menjadi isu global yang merupakan masalah utama di seluruh negara termasuk Asia yang menempati posisi tertinggi dengan Indonesia peringkat ke-3, yaitu 190 per 100 ribu kelahiran setelah Timor Lestel 270 per 100 ribu kelahiran dan Myanmar 200 per 100 ribu kelahiran. Tujuan Mengetahui hubungan umur dan paritas dengan kejadian perdarahan post partum Di RSUD Majene. Penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan pendekatan case control. Metode populasi adalah seluruh postpartum di RSUD Majene 2019-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dan porpusive sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi-Square Tests. Kesimpulan Ibu postpartum di RSUD Majene sebagian besar memiliki umur dengan kategori tidak berisiko (20-35 tahun) yaitu berjumlah 23 orang. Ibu postpartum di RSUD Majene sebagian besar memiliki jumlah kelahiran dengan kategori nullipara/primipara yaitu berjumlah 20 orang. Ibu postpartum di RSUD Majene yang mengalami perdarahan sebanyak 91 orang
