BetriebserfahrungDas Gerat ist seit einigen Monaten im Betriebslaboratorium der Fettsaure-Destillationsanlage eingesetzt. D e r Vorteil gegenuber der manuellen Methode besteht einma1 in dem autornatischen Ablauf des MeSvorgangs, zum anderen darin, daS die subjektive Beurteilung des Trubungszeitpunktes ausgeschaltet ist. Auch dunklere Fettsauren, bei denen die beginnende Triibung mit dem Auge nicht wahrnehmbar ist, konnen untersucht werden. Durch die konstant gehaltene Abkuhlgeschwindigkeit werden reproduzierbare Ergebnisse erhalten. 20 mlnnliche Versuchspersonen unterzogen sich an 5 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen jeweils einem llminiitigen Vollbad in einer Tensidlosung. Vor Versuchsbeginn und 3 Tage nach Versumsende wurden die prozentualen Anteile der freien Fettsauren und der Triglyceride an dem Hautoberflachenlipidgemisch diinnshichtchromatographisch analysiert. Es konnte nachgewiesen werden, dab die Vollbader zu einer signifikanten Reduktion der freien Fettsauren und zu einer signifikanten Zunahme der Triglyceride fiihren. Die Bedeutung dieses Befundes ffir die Therapie der Acne vulgaris und fiir die Behandlung der Seborrhoea oleosa capitis wird diskutiert. Hiufige Waschungen mit neutralen bis leicht saurenTensidlosungen sind ein obligater Bestandteil jeder Therapie der Acne vulgaris. Erzielt wird dadurch eine Entfernung der beim Acnepatienten in der Regel vermehrten Hautoberflachenlipide. AuSerdem kann man sich vorstellen, daB die Pfropfe, die den Comedo verschlieaen und die aus Zellmaterial und Lipiden bestehen, leichter entfernt werden kiinnen, wenn die Lipide emulgiert werden. Daruber hinaus ist ein EinfluS der Tenside auf die Freisetzung von freien Fettsiuren aus Triglyceriden zu diskutieren, da diese vor allem durch bakterielle Lipasen zustande kommt und da eine antianliillich der DGF-Vortragstagung in Hamburg * E?% ktober 1975.
