The 90" differential cross section of the 12C(3He, y, +,)lSO reaction has been measured at 3He particle energies from 5.3 to 16.7 MeV in steps varying from 100 to 300 keV. The y-rays were detected by a 23 cm long x 23 c61 diameter NaI(T1) crystal spectrometer enclosed in an anticoincidence shield. The yield curve shows a resonant behaviour at-the energies Ex = 17.56 ? 0.06, 19.02 -t 0.12,and23.80 + 0.10MeV.La section efficace diffkrentielle a 8, = 90" de la riaction 12C(3He, y, +2)150 a it6 mesurCe pour des Cnergies des particules 3He allant de 5,3 a 16,7 MeV par Ctapes variant de 100 300 keV.
