The purpose of this study was to know the marketing strategy management of star hotels in facing the new normal and the inhibiting and Supporting factors of marketing strategy management of star hotel in in facing new normal. The method used in this study was descriptive. The data was analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of this showed that Sumbawa Grand Hotel has implemented marketing strategy that uses 4P variables in accordance with Philip and Kotler's theory, namely product, price, place and promotion which were able to increase profits and product sales of Sumbawa Grand Hotel. The supporting factors of marketing strategy management in the Sumbawa Grand Hotel product were good management, good service and support from the community, while the inhibiting factor for the marketing strategy management in the Sumbawa Grand Hotel product were the ability of human resources (employees) which were still low in the distribution of goods/the late hotel need, varied hotel price competition.
This study aims to describe and explain the implementation of village fund management in improving village community empowerment, perhaps in the Orong Telu sub-district. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique used to collect data is through observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study were the village head, head of finance, head of welfare, head of BPD, head of youth organization and community beneficiaries of village funds. The data were analyzed using Miles Huberman's theory. The results of this study indicate that the management of village funds in the Possi Village, starting from planning, implementation, administration, to reporting and accountability is carried out properly and transparently. For the realization of village funds in the Possibility Village in the field of physical development in the form of road and agricultural infrastructure development, while in the field of empowerment in the form of, Socialization and Technical Guidance, Equity Participation in Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), PKK and Posyandu Activities, Social Empowerment, Direct Cash Assistance Funds Villages (BLTDD) and Covid-19 Prevention and Handling.
This study was conducted with the aim to know the optimization of subsidized fertilizers supervision in Labuhan Badas Sub-district, Sumbawa District. Type of this study was descriptive. Type of data used was qualitative that have got through interview. The informant in this study were Head of the Agriculture Office, the head of KP3, the supervisor of the subsidized fertilizer, the agent of the distribution of subsidized fertilizers and the farmers or farmer groups which consisted of 2 people. Data analysis was done using qualitative data analysis techniques of Miles and Huberman which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion / verification. The findings of this study showed that the distribution of fertilizers in Labuhan Badas Sub- district, Sumbawa District was in line with the process that have determined by government through the decision of the Sumbawa Regent. Optimization of distribution subsidized fertilizers supervision by KP3 in Labuhan Badas Sub- district, Sumbawa District consisted of supervision procedures and fertilizer distribution mechanisms, supervision flexibility, accuracy of distribution and modes of distorting the distribution. However, improvements were needed in the supervision procedure, namely the determination of measuring instruments, assessing, guidance to retailers and farmer groups, and evaluation of the distribution which is routinely implemented every year.
This is descriptive research. The goal is to describe the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) (Research Variable) policy in the Operations and Maintenance of the PT PLN (Persero) UPK Tambora Power Plant during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research data were obtained directly from the main source (not through intermediaries). The sample was determined by purposive sampling, namely 100 people from a total population of 163 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire and the data were obtained in the form of a Likert scale. The results showed that PT PLN (UPK) Tambora had implemented a policy of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) during the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) properly. The data comes from the employee perception index which is in the high category with each perception index score of 80.62 for the implementation of occupational safety policies and 84.76 for the implementation of occupational health policies.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of occupational health and safety (K3) on the work productivity of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Empang Unit. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Empang Unit. The number of samples is 84 samples. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determinant coefficient test (R2). Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is known that occupational health (X1) and work safety (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. PLN Unit Empang (Y), either partially or simultaneously. The results of the R2 test show that the effect of occupational health (X1) and work safety (X2) variables on the work productivity of PT. PLN Unit Empang (Y) is 94.2%, while the remaining 5.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
