RESUMO O artigo propõe discutir os impactos da violência na experiência cotidiana e nas condições de vida dos trabalhadores e usuários do Sistema Único de Saúde, que vivem e trabalham em localidades do espaço urbano designadas como ‘territórios conflagrados’. Para abarcar a complexidade do tema nos debruçamos sobre dois conjuntos de indagações, que se interrelacionam a diferentes campos do conhecimento: i) os territórios no campo da saúde e, mais especificamente, do descritivo conflagrado; ii) o fenômeno da violência urbana – considerando às disputas armadas pelo poder e comando do tráfico de drogas em territórios conflagrados de favelas – e seus impactos no trabalho da Atenção Básica. A partir da autoetnografia foram trazidas diferentes cenas vivenciadas em unidades de Atenção Básica do município do Rio de Janeiro. Verificou-se uma sobreposição de invisibilidades e violências que geram sofrimento mental e expõem vários desafios e dilemas na prestação do cuidado desses territórios. Propõe-se a ampliação do conceito de território conflagrado com o intuito de abarcar os processos sociais relacionados ao fenômeno da violência e dar visibilidade à necessidade da efetiva transformação das condições de vida e saúde das coletividades. Compreendemos a importância de articulação interdisciplinar e intersetorial tendo em vista que esse complexo problema social traz impactos para a saúde pública.
RESUMO O artigo tem como objetivo construir o conhecimento sobre o fenômeno do crack em Manguinhos, um bairro da cidade do Rio de Janeiro, a partir da construção compartilhada do conhecimento e, portanto, da inclusão do saber popular e das experiências de vida das pessoas que vivenciam de alguma maneira a problemática no território. Trata-se de uma pesquisa participante, um método qualitativo que permite levantar e circular conhecimentos e experiências da problemática em questão, assim como debatê-los. Observou-se que a constituição e transitoriedade das cenas de uso de crack foram determinadas por uma diversidade de agentes, poderes e ações, como a organização do tráfico de drogas, a implantação da Unidade de Polícia Pacificadora, a relativa proteção do usuário e o acesso facilitado à droga. Verificou-se distintas e, por vezes, conflituosas ações do Estado nas cracolândias, como ações de recolhimento compulsório em contraponto as ações de saúde realizadas pelo Consultório na Rua. Outros pontos levantados foram o apoio social, principalmente vinculado ao trabalho voluntário de moradores e as instituições religiosas; e a relação entre uso de crack e precarização do trabalho. O conhecimento produzido contribui no debate e construção de ações.
Este artigo discorre sobre a utilização de uma oficina de culinária como recurso operador da desinstitucionalização. Trata-se de um relato de experiência da intervenção proposta por terapeutas ocupacionais com pessoas internadas por longo período em enfermarias de um hospital psiquiátrico universitário, no município do Rio de Janeiro. Discutem-se fragmentos da trajetória de quatro participantes que exemplificaram, através de seus percursos na oficina de culinária, questões relacionadas ao processo de desinstitucionalização, criação de redes, contratualização e fomento da autonomia. Percebeu-se que as atividades realizadas foram potencializadoras dessas questões ao permitirem transcender a rotina instituída e massificadora da internação e possibilitar novas e diferentes formas de estar na vida e de estabelecer conexões diversas. A intervenção terapêutica ocupacional permitiu a análise e a adaptação das atividades, o manejo das relações que se estabeleceram a partir delas, tendo em vista o compromisso com os processos de inclusão, participação social, bem como demais ocupações. This article discusses the use of a cooking workshop as a promoter resource of the deinstitutionalization. It is an experience report about an intervention offered by occupational therapists to assist people hospitalized for long periods in University psychiatric hospital, in the city of Rio de Janeiro. We discuss the fragments of trajectory of four workshop participants who exemplified issues related to the process of deinstitutionalization, networking, contractualization and increased autonomy. It was noticed that the activities offered potentiated these issues by allowing transcend the hospital routine and enabled new and different ways of being in life and establish several connections. The occupational therapy intervention allowed the analysis and adaptation of the activities, the management of relationships established from them, in view of the commitment to the promotion of social inclusion, participation, as well as other occupations.Keywords:Desinstituciozation; Mental Health; Occupational therapy .Este artículo presenta la utilización de un taller de culinaria como recurso operador de la desinstitucionalización. La intervención terapéutica ocupacional permitió el análisis y la adaptación de las actividades, la administración de las relaciones que se establecen a partir de ellas, llevando en consideración el compromiso con los procesos de inclusión, participación social, así como otras ocupaciones.
