Este trabalho consiste em analisar o trabalho e a renda no contexto da Pandemia de Covid-19 no Brasil. O termo Pandemia é utilizado para identificar uma epidemia que se disseminou geograficamente, iniciando em um país e espalhando para o mundo, como é o caso da Covid-19, causada pelo corona vírus 2, da Síndrome respiratória aguda grave SARS-Cov 2. Nesse sentido, esta pandemia trouxe consequências à saúde, educação, sociedade, cultura, trabalho entre outros. A escolha para análise do trabalho e renda perpassa pelo aumento do desemprego e a precarização do trabalho neste período. Em relação à metodologia, trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental com caráter qualitativo, tem como base principal dados da Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílios – PNAD – Covid-19, realizada pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística – IBGE – em 2020, no que tange ao trabalho, e publicada em sua página eletrônica, e pesquisa de artigos científicos publicados em periódicos e livros que discutem a temática proposta. Diante da investigação realizada, constata-se que a pandemia impactou negativamente as relações de trabalho, evidenciando a precarização do trabalho já existente, e afetou principalmente e diretamente os trabalhadores informais que se encontram à margem da proteção social.
