Background: Simple inhalation is a method of treatment by giving the drug in the form of vapor directly to the respiratory tract to the lungs. Shortness of breath in pulmonary tuberculosis will be found in advanced disease, where the filtration is half the lung. This symptom is found if the lung parenchymal damage is extensive. Therefore found a way to reduce shortness of breath, one of them with simple inhalation using aromatherapy mint leaves (mentha piperita). This study aims to determine the effect of simple inhalation using aromatherapy mint leaves (mentha piperita) on decreasing shortness of breath in pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Method: this study uses one group pre-test and post-test design. In this study the data were analyzed by T-Independent test (p <0.05). Based on the T-Independent test results, the treatment group shows that at p-value 0.000 <(α) 0.05, which means that there is an the simple inhalation using aromatherapy mint leaves (mentha piperita) to decrease breathlessness in pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Looking at the results of this study, simple inhalation using aromatherapy mint leaves (mentha piperita) can be used as a non-pharmacological therapy to reduce clinical symptoms of tuberculosis, namely shortness of breath.
Abstrak Postpartum mothers who suffer from perineal injury if not properly maintained and improper care of the perineum can result in infection of the perineum. Care for perineal wounds is carried out by the Indonesian community, one of which is by using green betel leaf decoction water that has an antibiotic effect, based on the effect of this therapy, betel can also be used as material for wound care that is usually used by means of worms. Research to find out whether betel leaf water can accelerate the healing process of perineal wounds in post partum mothers. The research method is pre-experimental using a pretest and posttest design in one group. The sample in this study 31 respondents using non-likely sampling techniques using consecutive sampling method. The results of the study the effect of giving green betel leaf decoction to the healing of perineal wounds in post partum mothers pre-test post-test p-value 0.018 <α = 0.05 Ho is rejected, Ha Accepted which means there is an influence of perineal wound healing with green betel leaf decoction in pera simalingkar B clinic, Medan tuntung sub-district, Medan in 2019.

Breast milk is the first and foreive food that is best for babies. The thing that needs to be considered by post partum mother giving breast milk to the baby is by consuming fruit and vegetables that can increase the amount of breast milk. Banana heart contains lactogogum which has performance stimulating oxytocin and prolactin hormones such as alkaloids, polyphenols, steroids, flavonoids, which are effective in increasing breast milk production. In this case, researchers conducted nonpharmacological studies such as banana heart consumption. This research aims to find out the effect of Banana Heart Consumption on increased breast milk production in post partum in Delitua Health Center by 2020. The method used is the Quasi Experiment method with the research design of One Group Pretest-Postest. The samples in this study were as many as 20 post partum in Deli Tua health center, using total sampling techniques. Data collection is carried out in the form of observation and questionnaires. The statistical test used is the t test. The results showed that there was an influence increase in breast milk production in post partum mothers after consuming banana blossoms with a value of P-Value of 0,000 <0.05. Based on the results of the study, the increase in breast milk production in the mother occurred because the content found in the heart of bananas is lactogogum which has the performance of stimulating oxytocin hormones and prolactin alkaloids, polyphenols, steroids, and flavonoids in increasing the production of breast milk.
Anemia is a reduced number of red blood cells or hemoglobin content in the blood. The largest group that can experience anemia are pregnant women. Causes of anemia in pregnant women include the production of hemoglobin chains due to certain diseases or experiencing impaired hemoglobin production due to a lack of iron, folic acid or vitamin B12. Existing research states that dragon fruit can overcome anemia, where dragon fruit contains substances that the body needs for the formation and maturation of blood cells. The research objective was to determine the effect of dragon fruit juice on changes in blood profile levels in pregnant women with anemia who received iron supplementation. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with a nonrandomized pretest and posttest design with control group design. This research was conducted for 7 weeks. The number of samples in this study were 40 respondents (20 respondents in the intervention group who received dragon fruit juice and Fe tablet supplementation and 20 respondents who only received iron tablet supplementation). Samples were obtained using purposive sampling. Evaluation of blood profile levels was carried out after giving dragon fruit juice on day 15. The results showed an increase in hemoglobin, hematocrit, and erythrocyte levels (p = 0,000), meaning that giving dragon fruit juice to pregnant women with anemia had an effect on increasing hemoglobin levels. hematocrit, and erythrocytes. For health services, it is hoped that dragon fruit juice can be used as an alternative in overcoming anemia in pregnant for women.
