RESUMO:A organização do território brasileiro tem sido definida, em grande parte, por políticas públicas e privadas voltadas à produção, movimento e exportação de commodities agrícolas produzidas em áreas de Cerrado. A competitividade do agronegócio brasileiro torna-se dependente de uma logística, na qual as ferrovias assumem um papel preponderante. Este artigo se propõe analisar as políticas do sistema ferroviário atual e das fronteiras agrícolas consolidadas que acabam tendo como conseqüência principal o uso corporativo do território brasileiro. ABSTRACT:The organization of the Brazilian territory has been defined mainly by public and private policies directed to the production, movement and exportation of agricultural commodities produced in Cerrado region. The competitiveness of the Brazilian agribusiness becomes dependent of a logistic in which the railroad assumes a preponderant role. This article intends to analyze the policies of the current railroad system and agriculture production areas that have a strong consequence to the corporative use of the Brazilian territory.
