Frente ao panorama pandêmico atual, uma das questões que se apresenta acerca da epidemiologia das infecções virais respiratórias é como tem se comportado os demais vírus endêmicos habitualmente circulantes no contexto de codetecção viral com SARS-CoV-2 bem como de sua potencial participação no estabelecimento de quadros clínicos de maior complexidade. Dessa maneira o objetivo deste estudo foi, através de revisão sistemática da literatura, reunir os estudos e reportes de caso que possam auxiliar no entendimento da possível interação entre o SARS-CoV-2 e alguns dos principais vírus respiratórios circulantes, bem como de suas relações com as manifestações clínicas da infecção. O resultado da busca consistiu em 12 artigos de relatos de caso, dentre os quais o mais prevalente fora Influenza A (n=5), o que sugere uma baixa prevalência das codetecções em questão e evidencia a escassa produção de conhecimento sobre o tema.
