Os pavimentos frios, com maior capacidade drenante, podem contribuir no controle de enchentes e na temperatura das cidades. Sendo assim, este trabalho tem por objetivo relacionar o coeficiente de permeabilidade à variação do albedo de pavimentos frios em função do teor de umidade. Essa pesquisa é de caráter experimental e inicia-se com a determinação do coeficiente de permeabilidade de pavimentos de concreto permeável e semi-permeável. Em seguida, é avaliada a variação do albedo em função do teor de umidade das amostras na coloração cinza e grafite. Como resultado, percebe-se que para a mesma coloração, cada tipo de pavimento (permeável e semi-permeável) apresenta valores diferentes de albedo. O pavimento semi-permeável na coloração cinza possui um albedo 20,6% superior em relação à placa permeável de mesma cor. Isso acontece em todas as condições de ensaio, estando os materiais secos ou saturados.
