Design work was carried out to develop solid anti – friction elements for greasing the ridges of locomotive wheel pairs (hereinafter referred to as TAEL rods). The results of laboratory bench and operational tests of TAEL rods were obtained in accordance with the procedure for admission of lubricants for the wheel-rail contact to use in grebnesmazyvatelyami lo-comotives operated on the Railways of the Russian Federation . Based on the test results, the developed TAEL rods were approved for use on the infrastructure of Russian Railways.
The purpose of this study is determined by the importance and necessity of using and active disseminating false, fake reality in the space of media discourse and media linguistic practices to exert a manipulative influence on the audience. The paper shows that as a result of the media-linguistic practices analysis in the space of fake media reality there are opportunities to describe the variety of fake materials, as well as to detect a number of threats that demonstrate the facts of the destructive impact of fake discourse in the space of mass media in relation to consciousness and linguistic practices. The paper uses such methods and techniques for studying the structure of discourse and its strategies as content analysis; pragmatic analysis of speech and communicative acts; rhetorical and stylistic, genre, and other specifics of text structures (news, parliamentary debates, lectures, advertising texts, etc.) "within the framework of linguistic practices of communicative interaction.
The paper deals with special-purpose friction materials for the contact «wheel-rail», designed to improve the adhesion of the locomotive wheels with the rails, reducing the resistance to the movement of the impact on the track, increasing the rolling stock wheels and rails resource. The authors used the generalized world and native experience in the application of existing and developed devices designed for the activators and modifiers applying in the contact zone «wheel-rail», as well as test results. The requirements to the methods of physical and chemical properties testing, to the values of the main indicators of physical, chemical and mechanical properties of friction activators and modifiers are presented, the requirements of the modifier and friction activator resource and friction coefficients from their application are substantiated. Needs to values of operational characteristics of activators and modifiers of friction which are established by results of field and operational tests carried out by special programs and techniques have been formulated.
