The government is trying to reduce the spread and death from COVID-19 by vaccinating all regions. Implementation of vaccination at the vaccination center is one of the government's innovations to make it easier for people to get vaccines. This study aims to determine the society's perspective regarding the services received when administering the COVID-19 vaccine at the Semarang vaccination center. This research is a qualitative study with a phenomenology approach. A total of 121 people became respondents. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with respondents after administering the vaccine at the vaccination center. The results showed that the vaccination services received at the vaccination center is appropriate with the expectations of the respondents. Much information about the implementation of vaccinations can be obtained through social media. In addition, serving officers need to apply a friendly, nimble and in adequate amount. We recommend that the government continue to carry out the vaccination program at vaccination centers with improvements like the need for staff training so that they can provide excellent service when providing vaccination services.
Tuberculosis is a disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis that attacks the lungs and other organs. The target for case finding until August is 176 cases, but the Bulu Lor Health Center has only reached 38 case finding with 21 positive cases. The purpose of the study was to find out how to implement the DOTS strategy policy during the COVID-19 in the work area of the Bulu Lor Health Center Semarang. The study uses a qualitative with determination uses purposive sampling technique with all 18 informants. The results showed that communication on the DOTS strategy during the pandemic used electronic media. There have perception problems when communicating. Human resources and funding are fulfilled, but there are candidates who have resigned. DOTS rooms during the COVID-19 pandemic combine with COVID-19 services. The commitment has been fulfilled, except for the commitment cadres who resigned and patients who dropped out of treatment due to drug side effects. The organizational structure of the DOTS strategy refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 67 of 2016, but the sputum examination doesn't comply with regulations. COVID-19 masalah kesehatan serius yang perlu terus dipantau dan perlu penanganan khusus. Pemutusan rantai penularan COVID-19 dengan mematuhi protocol kesehatan seperti menggunakan masker, dan menjaga jarak serta melakukan vaksinasi. Pemerintah telah menerapkan kebijakan vaksinasi untuk meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh pada masyarakat dan menekan penyebaran virus COVID-19 yang menghambat perekonomian. Kota Semarang, mendapat apresiasi presiden terkait angka vaksinasi yang tinggi. Prosentase capaian vaksinasi dosis pertama sebesar 124.36% dan dosis kedua sebanyak 112.30% dari target provinsi Jawa Tengah (Kementerian Kesehatan, 2022). Prosentase capaian yang tinggi didukung dengan inovasi pendataan vaksinasi berbasis website, Vaksinasi COVID-19 Kota Semarang Terintegrasi (VICTORI). Namun kajian keberhasilan pelaksanaan vaksinasi maupun kemudahan penggunaan website VICTORI di Kota Semarang belum tersedia, sehingga khalayak luas belum dapat mengetahui maupun membelajari keberhasilan ini. Kajian evaluasi pelaksanaan vaksinasi COVID-19 di Kota Semarang perlu dilakukan dari segi literatur maupun kenyataan pelaksanaan di lapangan. Tujuan utamanya untuk Continuous Quality Improvement, mengingat pelaksanaan vaksinasi dosis ketiga dan keempat terus berlanjut, serta harapannya dapat menarik masyarakat secara sadar diri untuk melakukan vaksin sehingga tercapai prosentase capaian vaksinasi yang tinggi dan masyarakat lebih terlindungi dari penyebaran COVID-19.
