La plupart des recherches sur le harcèlement se concentrent sur le trauma perceptible chez la personne harcelée et ses répercussions, sans toutefois considérer que le harcèlement peut parfois rencontrer une réalité interne tout aussi traumatique, rendant compte d’une collusion entre monde interne et évènement externe traumatogène. Dans cet article, nous présentons le cas de Bérénice, rencontrée dans le cadre d’une recherche interuniversitaire. Le Rorschach et le TAT qui lui ont été proposés mettent en évidence la conjoncture brûlante du conflit œdipien, activée par la puberté et par le processus d’adolescence. La relation paternelle à partir des épreuves projectives est largement érotisée, laissant apparaître une culpabilité massive ainsi que des fantasmes de fustigation. Ainsi, la problématique de victimisation inhérente au harcèlement, s’entendrait-elle comme expression du masochisme dans ses tentatives d’expiation des désirs incestueux.
