Investment is an activity that is invested or financed with the hope of profit or return in the future. One form of investment is to use gold. Many people are interested in investing in gold. Apart from being quite affordable, investing in gold is also very easy to do and flexible. Gold is included in the low risk investment class because its price movements tend to follow the rate of inflation. This study uses the Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) method to predict the movement of gold prices which will visualize the data in the form of a Line Chart. This study aims to provide decision support material regarding the movement of buying and selling prices of gold through the presentation of data aimed at people who invest in gold. However, real gold price movements cannot be separated from external factors such as the exchange rate of the rupiah against foreign currencies, import export policies and other government policies. There are many influencing factors such as opening price, closing price, adjust close, volume, highs, lows recorded over a certain period of time. Another factor is the Daily Return which can be positive (Grown In Value) and negative (Lost In Value).
Dalam meningkatkan kinerja suatu perusahaan, diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mendukung kegiatan operasional perusahaan karena dengan adanya bantuan sistem informasi, perusahaan dapat menjalankan suatu proses bisnis secara efektif dan efisien yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen rantai pasok berbasis ERP dalam meningkatkan kinerja PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur. Kebutuhan tersebut dapat dipenuhi jika suatu perusahaan melalukan proses pengelolaan pada penerapan sistem ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) dan manajemen rantai pasok (Supply Chain Management) yang baik pada perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengelolaan pada sistem ERP dan manajemen rantai pasok perlu dilterapkan dengan baik agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja yang ingin dicapai pada PT. Indofood. Dalam melakukan penelitian metode yang digunakan merupakan metode kualitatif dan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data diperoleh secara tertulis. Adapun kesimpulan dalam penulisan artikel ini yaitu sistem ERP dan SCM yang digunakan pada PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur berperan penting dalam pelaksanaan operasional perusahaan dikarenakan SCM berperan sebagai mengembangkan sebuah produksi perencanaan, pemesanan bahan baku dari pemasok, penerimaan bahan baku ke fasilitas, manufaktur produk, yang sampai pada pengiriman produk kepada pelanggan dan sistem ERP ini yang berperan sebagai menetapkan penjualan dari produksi dan pemasaran yang dilakukan pada PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur.
The key purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between luxury brand perception, social influence, and brand personality towards purchase intention. It has been increasingly important for every company to improve its customers’ purchase intention in order to maintain the existence of the company, especially in an increasingly competitive business environment. Hence, this study was conducted to examine whether luxury brand perception, social influence, and brand personality have a positive and significant impact on purchase intention. This study was descriptive research and was conducted by using the cross-sectional method. The population of this research was all Indonesian smartphone users, and the sampling frame was limited to smartphone users who live in Jakarta, whereas purposive sampling was conducted for the data collection from respondents. The data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents through the internet and this study used SmartPLS software version 3.2.7. for the data analysis. The result of this study showed that luxury brand perception, social influence and brand personality have a significant and positive impact towards purchase intention. Therefore, it is essential for smartphone companies to maintain their image as a luxury brand, observe and improve customers’ influence to the others about the brand, and also associate the brand’s personalities with customers in order to increase the customers’ purchase intention. Niat pembelian memiliki peran yang semakin penting untuk setiap perusahaan karena pada saat ini, menghasilkan penjualan bukan hanya bertujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan, tetapi juga untuk mempertahankan keberadaan perusahaan, khususnya dari kondisi persaingan yang semakin meningkat. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti hubungan yang terjadi diantara persepsi terhadap luxury brand, pengaruh sosial dan brand personality terhadap niat pembelian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode cross-sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna smartphone di Indonesia dan sample pada penelitian ini dibatasi pada pengguna smartphone yang berdomisili di Jakarta, dimana purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner kepada 100 oorang responden melalui internet dan penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3.2.7. untuk melakukan analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap luxury brand, pengaruh sosial dan brand personality memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian. Oleh sebab itu, merupakan sebuah hal yang penting bagi perusahaan smartphone untuk mengembangkan persepsi terhadap luxury brand, pengaruh sosial dan brand personality pelanggan untuk meningkatkan niat pembelian pelanggan.
The objective of this research is to discover the factors that influence consumers’ interest in staying at mid-star hotels during the COVID-19 pandemic. A mixed-methods approach combining qualitative and quantitative research was applied. Data from 206 respondents was collected through online surveys that were processed through regression analysis. The findings show three factors that positively and significantly influence consumers’ interest to use mid-star hotels during the pandemic: cleanliness, health protocol, and facilities. Meanwhile, the promotion does not significantly affect the dependent variable. This research could provide insight into the hotel industry, specifically mid-star hotels, to consider and apply those factors into their priorities so that they can generate greater consumer interest in staying at mid-star hotels mid- and post-pandemic.
The study at hand was made in the aims to investigate, and correlate between the Gross Regional Product (GRP) of Bali with the effects of Covid-19 on the tour and travel industry. The data used in the study is based on secondary data procured from notable and trustworthy websites such as the Government Statistics Department (BPS) and publishes only found in Google Scholar and Emerald. The data was collected with a quantitative approach in mind resulting in most of the data being analytical data and statistics. The state of the industry of tour and travel represented by the ratio and number of rooms occupied during a given year shows a significant drop from the then 59,56% to 15,61% and number of visitors dropped immensely, close to 83% from the year before. The effect it had on Bali’s GRP is a reversal in economic growth from 252.138.88 to 224.214.11 billion rupiah.
