O contexto educacional do século XXI aflige-se com o desenvolvimento da cultura digital na qual avança em espaços escolares sem o devido consentimento para uma reflexão crítica e aprofundada. Foi nessa acepção que o assunto temático do presente estudo foi constituído e, aspira evidenciar que por meio da educação híbrida possibilita-se potencialidades e contribuições na formação docente continuada, tendo em vista os desafios que chegaram aos bancos escolares conjuntamente com esse arcabouço tecnológico. Portanto, é necessário conjecturar como a educação híbrida pode contribuir qualitativamente para o processo de formação continuada. Neste sentido, o estudo busca articular conceitos e reflexões teóricas, vislumbrando estratégias que corroborem com a relação que tange a política da formação docente continuada e os usos das tecnologias digitais em âmbito educacional. Nesta perspectiva, articular-se-á pressupostos de uma proposta híbrida à formação docente continuada tornando-se em um contexto atual um desafio a ser inevitavelmente confrontado. Objetivou-se nesta pesquisa difundir o conhecimento sobre a Educação Híbrida, contextualizando-a no ambiente escolar como uma proposta na formação docente continuada. Este estudo é fruto de uma análise referencial, caracterizada como uma pesquisa de natureza de execução bibliográfica, reflexiva e analítica, com análises qualitativas das informações, consistindo-se em conceitos, teorias de pesquisadores da área, que se fundamenta: Alves (2012), Bacich (2015), Freire (2002), Kenski (2008), Moran (2000), Pretto (2009), Schon (1992), Thornburg (1997), Valente (2009) entre outros que respaldam a base deste trabalho. Portanto, considera-se a partir do presente estudo, que a proficuidade da educação híbrida no processo da formação docente continuada, reverbera no aprimoramento significativo do ensino e aprendizagem, colaborando para a autonomia coletiva do conhecimento.
