This study is published with a descriptive quantitative with cross-sectional approach, and the data is collected using accidental sampling, where the research population is 78 female prisoners. Data is collected by using Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAR-S) questionnaire. The result shows that the level of anxiety is divided into four stages; average (67,9%), low (15,4%), middle (11,5%), and high (5,1%) level of anxiety. Pneumonia is an acute respiratory infection that majorly causes the death of children in the world, especially in developing countries. Malnourished is a risk factor for pneumonia in children under five years. This study aims to determine the association between nutritional status and pneumonia severity in children under five years in the Universitas Kristen Indonesia General Hospital. The design of this study was an analytical cross-sectional. The data was collected from December 2016 – to January 2017 in central to the medical record of UKI General Hospital. The subject was all infants hospitalized with pneumonia from 2013 to 2015. The indicator used for nutritional status was based on weight for height according to WHO 2007 chart. Pneumonia was found most in 13 – 24 months (36,6%). Thirteen of 82 children with normal nutritional status and 24/82 children with undernutrition had severe pneumonia (p = 0,025). Undernutrition status was significantly associated with the severity of pneumonia.

This study aims to determine the patient characteristics and patterns of abnormalities found from Pap Smear examinations at Pasar Minggu Hospital that are useful to reduce the incidence of cervical cancer. This study was a descriptive analysis of content. The number of samples in this study was 62 people by taking data from medical records—the sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The results showed a diagnosis of PAP Grade II (Inflammation) in 59 people (91.9%), and a diagnosis of PAP Grade V (Malignancy) is one person (1.6%).

Sepsis due to bacterial infection is a serious medical emergency and requires prompt and proper handling. Various parameters such as white blood cells count, CRP, and PCT level are used as a marker of sepsis due to bacterial infection. Sepsis is a condition of systemic inflammation with infection. Physiological response to systemic inflammation involves an increased level of neutrophils and a reduction of lymphocyte count; therefore, combining both parameters seems logical, and NLCR could be a simple and even better marker in predicting sepsis. This research aimed to determine the sensitivity and specificity of the NLCR test in patients with sepsis due to bacterial infection. This research was conducted by observing 70 sepsis patients aged 14-70 years at a private hospital in Bekasi and UKI general hospital in July-September 2015 through medical records. This research was an observational study with a cross-sectional design. The result of this research showed ROC curve for NLCR test with sensitivity 97.8 % , specificity 84.0 % , and cut off ≥ 6,4 (AUC: 0,94, p-value <0,05). In conclusion, the NLCR is an ideal and efficient marker to diagnose sepsis due to bacterial infection with good sensitivity and specificity tests.

Hormonal contraception is one of the most effective and reversible methods to prevent a conception. The use of contraception by the type/method is dominated by injection (48,56%) dan pills (26,60%) of total KB users. Nevertheless, hormonal contraception can cause side effects such as changes in the menstruation cycle changing and weight gaining. This study aimed to determine the relation of hormonal contraception with the change of the menstruation cycle in Keluarahan Leuwinanggung in 2018. The study design was a correlative study with a cross-sectional approach. The samples were 44 respondents who were determined by cluster random sampling technique. The data result was analyzed by using Chi-Square method showed that there was correlation between oral contraception and changes in menstruation cycle (p- value=0,000) and weight gaining (p-value=0,007), there was correlation between injection contraception and changes in menstruation cycle (p-value=0,001) and weight gaining (p- value=0,024), and there wasn’t correlation between implant contraception and changes in menstruation cycle (p-value=0,298) and weight gaining (p-value=0,495).
