Влияние интоксикации кадмием на болевую чувствительность крыс до и после блокирования D 2-, 5HT 3-и AT 1-рецепторов Исследованы особенности болевой чувствительности крыс в тестах «горячая пластина» и «электростимуляция» при интоксикации хлоридом кадмия до и после блокирования D 2-, 5HT 3-и AT 1-рецепторов. Интоксикация хлоридом кадмия вызывает снижение болевой чувствительности в тесте «электростимуляция». Обнаружено, что у неинтоксицированных крыс в формировании болевых порогов участвуют D 2-рецепторы спинального и супраспинального уровней и 5HT 3-и AT 1-рецепторы спинального уровня. Выявлено, что при интоксикации хлоридом кадмия снижается роль D 2-рецепторов, однако не изменяется роль 5HT 3-и AT 1рецепторов. Введение Загрязнение окружающей среды тяжелыми металлами приводит к попаданию и дальнейшему накоплению их в организме человека и животных [1-5]. Исследователями обнаружена повышенная чувствительность центральной нервной системы (ЦНС) к поступлению кадмия, что провоцирует развитие психических расстройств, снижение когнитивных функций, нарушение работы сенсорных систем [6-8]. В частности, известны случаи изменения болевой чувствительности (БЧ) при острых отравлениях человека соединениями тяжелых металлов [6, 7], однако влияние на неё интоксикации кадмием остается неизученным. Следует заметить, что БЧ играет важную роль в жизнедеятельности организма, поскольку определяет способность своевременно и адекватно реагировать на раздражители, которые могут вызывать нарушение целостности клеток, тканей, органов [9-11].
