Todos os setores da indústria, inclusive a construção civil, foram afetados pela pandemia imposta de Covid 19. O aumento dos insumos provoca impactos negativos nas contratações de serviços construtivos, sobretudo em empreendimentos públicos que foram adquiridos via licitação. Apesar das notícias sobre os percentuais de aumentos, poucas pesquisas têm buscado apresentar o impacto da pandemia nos preços individuais dos insumos, sobremodo no estado de Minas Gerais. Dessa maneira, esta pesquisa busca preencher a lacuna em termos de publicações. Nesse sentindo, servindo como base para construtores, empreiteiro e gestores investirem tempo em recursos, em remediar as atividades que podem ser mais impactadas pelos serviços avaliados. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar a variação dos custos na construção civil em Minas Gerais, entre 2010 e 2022, identificando a tendência de crescimento dos preços dos insumos avaliados. Os grupos de insumos apresentados neste trabalho são: aglomerantes, agregados, materiais cerâmicos, madeiras, vidros, aço e mão-de-obra. Os preços foram coletados no banco de dados SINAPI, tendo janeiro como mês de referência e foram analisados dados entre 2010 e 2 2022. Foi constatado que houve aumento de preço na maioria dos itens estudados, como, por exemplo, madeira roliça tratada (664,34 %) e mestre de obras (304,66 %) que apresentaram os maiores aumentos no período analisado. As principais causas levantadas para a elevação dos custos foram fechamento de fábricas, aumento de preço da gasolina, ausência de politicas publicas e subsídios. Palavras-chave: Covid 19. Impact of pandemic on the costs of the main input of civil construction in the state of Minas Gerais Abstract All sectors of industry, including civil construction, were affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. The increase in inputs causes negative impacts on the contracting of construction services, especially in public projects that were acquired via bidding. Despite the news about the percentage of increases, few studies have sought to present the impact of the pandemic on individual prices of inputs, especially in the state of Minas Gerais. However, this research seeks to fill up the gap in terms of publications. In this sense, serving as a basis for builders, contractors and managers to invest time and resources, to remedy the activities that may be most impacted by the evaluated services. Therefore, the objective of this work is to present the variation of costs in civil construction in Minas Gerais, between 2010 and 2022, identifying the trend of growth in the prices of the evaluated inputs. The groups of inputs presented in this work are: binders, aggregates, ceramic materials, wood, glass, steel and labor. Prices were collected in the SINAPI database, January was the reference month, and data between 2010 and 2022 were analyzed. It was contacted that there was a price increase in most of the items studied, such as treated round wood (664.34 %) and master builder (304.66%) who showed the highest increases in the analyzed period. The main causes raised for the increase in costs were the closing of factories, an increase in the price of gasoline, the absence of public policies and subsidies. Keywords: Covid19.
