Resumo. Neste trabalho se propõe um novo modelo matemático para o problema integrado de dimensionamento e sequenciamento da produção na indústria de bebidas não alcoólicas. Diferente de outros trabalhos da literatura, neste trabalhoé tratado o problema geral onde cada tanque pode ser conectado a várias linhas de envase simultaneamente, o que torna o problema mais complexo e impossibilita a aplicação dos modelos já propostos na literatura. Os resultados indicam que os planos obtidos usando o modelo proposto são mais eficientes do que os planos propostos pelos trabalhos da literatura.Palavras-chave. IntroduçãoNa literatura encontram-se numerosos modelos matemáticos que representam problemas reais para apoioà decisões importantes em diversos processos industriais reais onde a tomada dessas decisões se complica devidoà natureza combinatorial dos fatores e variáveis envolvidos na decisão. Dentre eles, os modelos de programação linear inteira mista (MILP) têm grande importância devidoà sua grande facilidade de adequação para solucionar problemas reais..Dentre os modelos MILP encontramos os modelos de dimensionamento e sequenciamento da produção que dão suporteàs decisões de determinar qualé a quantidade a ser produzida de cada item e a sequencia de produção deles, para a elaboração dos planos mestres de produção em diversos processos industrias. Esteé o caso das indústrias de bebidas não alcoólicas, cujas características fazem com que encontrar planos de produção factíveis seja altamente complexo [1,2,3]. Este processo, composto principalmente de dois estágios de produção e será descrito na Seção 2.Em revisões bibliográficas sobre o tema foram encontrados 31 modelos específicos para o problema de planejamento e controle da produção de bebidas.
