Résumé Cet article s’attache à mettre en exergue la pertinence des premiers volumes de la revue Connexions (entre 1972 et 1976) pour l’intervention psychosociologique actuelle dans un contexte hypermoderne. Face aux duplicités des modèles gestionnaires et normatifs traversant actuellement les institutions et les organisations, les apports publiés il y a quarante ans sont toujours criants d’actualité et permettent aux jeunes intervenants de composer créativement avec ce contexte. À la lumière de ces premiers articles, des questions actuelles que rencontrent les psychosociologues en institution sont abordées, telles que l’accélération du temps, la place de l’imaginaire dans les organisations, la tendance à la procéduralisation, la transparence, ou encore la généralisation d’une novlangue managériale.
