Objetivo: O objetivo desta pesquisa é uma breve investigação da Lei Anticorrupção Empresarial com enfoque na responsabilização objetiva da pessoa jurídica, no mecanismo do Procedimento Administrativo de Responsabilização (PAR), nos pilares do Programa de Integridade, bem como no conceito e operacionalidade do Acordo de Leniência. Metodologia: Utilizou-se a metodologia dedutiva, baseada em pesquisa de doutrina, livros e artigos publicados em revistas especializadas, bem como da legislação brasileira. Resultados: Os principais resultados referem-se à regulamentação do mecanismo de prevenção previsto na Lei Anticorrupção, que dispõe sobre os elementos mínimos para o funcionamento adequado de um Programa de Integridade. Ressalta-se que o seu principal objetivo é evitar que as pessoas físicas, ao atuarem em nome da pessoa jurídica, cometam atos lesivos à Administração Pública; bem como o estabelecimento de procedimentos para a cooperação com as autoridades competentes nos casos de identificação de desvios de conduta. Quanto ao Acordo de Leniência, alguns elementos devem ser reavaliados para aprimorar a efetividade da Lei Anticorrupção, ao restringir demasiadamente a sua abrangência, com benefícios limitados. Outro aspecto a se considerar é a possibilidade de isenção total da multa e a limitação de realização de acordo apenas com a primeira pessoa jurídica que apresentou proposta de ajustamento. Apesar da necessidade de alguns aprimoramentos em seu conteúdo, a Lei Anticorrupção e seu Decreto regulamentador representam avanço significativo no processo de implantação de uma cultura ética no relacionamento entre as entidades públicas e privadas, fomentando ações de prevenção, detecção e interrupção dos atos lesivos e a reparação dos danos causados à sociedade.Contribuições: Entre outras contribuições resultantes deste estudo, as principais referem-se ao esclarecimento e a divulgação do Procedimento Administrativo de Responsabilização e do Acordo de Leniência, que são temas ainda muito recentes nos Direitos Administrativo e Penal brasileiros.
