The paper presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies into the development of scientific and methodological bases of environmentally-driven resource-saving technologies for mining waste processing. It is shown that the logic of reconstructing the natural cycles of natural resource equilibrium requires the inclusion of large-tonnage wastes in the status of their technogenic mineral resources in highly efficient, resource-efficient processing, which determines the need to develop innovative technologies for processing wastes very diverse in composition and properties within the framework of the principle of a systematic approach. The methodological basis of theoretical development of new environmentally oriented technologies for waste processing defines the method of scientific knowledge as an ascent from the abstract to the concrete and the construction of technologies according to the developed general algorithm. In accordance with the general methodological approach being developed, technologies have been developed for processing certain types of mining waste - off-balance copper ores from the dump, stale tailings of gold ore from the tailings; iron-zinc-containing blast furnace sludges of metallurgical production by combining several enrichment or concentration and hydrometallurgical methods. The developed resource-saving, environmentally friendly technologies provide the opportunity to involve previously unused resources of technogenic origin into efficient operation with obtaining conditioned metal-containing products and reduce environmental stress in regions with a developed mining and metallurgical industry.
One of the important issues while teaching the course "Philosophy" is the classification of philosophical doctrines. That is because philosophy as a single, universally recognized system of knowledge does not exist. There are a lot of different philosophical doctrines, schools, currents, trends, which in some ways are unite with each other, but more in contradiction, struggle, and refute each other. The article concentrates on revealing the philosophy, in its real historical existence, as a set of "philosophies". The purpose of this article is to disclose the possibility of applying a convenient and understandable method for classifying philosophical schools and trends, for successfully mastering the history of philosophy. To make a student understand this diversity of "philosophies" better, the method of classification is applied. The materials of the article are of practical value for specialists engaged in philosophical educational programs in learning environment.
The paper focuses on identifying factors of influence of technosphere consciousness on the state of Earth sciences. The comparative analysis of current philosophical and scientific advances showed changes in a status of technosphere consciousness in culture. The authors formulated a hypothesis on a fusion of scientific rationality of Earth sciences with an axiological area of culture. A special methodology was developed to trace and demonstrate a determination influence of technosphere consciousness on the logic of development of Earth sciences and the state of communication processes in society. The authors described consequences of risks occurred as a result of strengthening the independence of technosphere consciousness and modeled opportunities of their minimization. It was proved that in the information communication society technosphere consciousness could form a new paradigm foundation for Earth sciences. The authors described a special character of the correlation between the state of technosphere consciousness, a level of development of technosphere and the status of Earth sciences. They determined key areas for negative consequences of blurring semantics of technosphere consciousness.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
