ResumoCada vez mais vemos notícias nas mídias diversas sobre os crescentes índices de violência em assaltos, assassinatos, crimes e corrupção. A sociedade passa por uma revisão de valores, em que a educação e o disciplinar do cuidar humano se debruçam em várias teses com o fim de descobrir meios e ferramentas eficazes para promoção de uma cultura de paz baseada em valores. A promoção da saúde de forma integral e de uma comunidade fortalecida de ações e valores humanos pode ser favorecida a partir de programas e projetos de orientação Transpessoal, que resgatam a importância da transcendência e da espiritualidade inerentes à psique humana. Muitas pesquisas da área têm como base a seguinte pergunta: Como alguém que se encontra exposto a situações e experiências consideradas de risco e prejudiciais ao seu desenvolvimento conseguem se adequar às demandas do dia a dia? A proposta deste artigo é compreender os pilares da psicologia Transpessoal na Abordagem Integrativa e sua aplicação frente ao fortalecimento dos mecanismos resilientes em grupos humanos e pacientes em clínica psicológica. Para tanto, apresentamos os conceitos sobre resiliência e, em seguida, trazemos os principais pilares da transpessoalidade aplicada no desenvolvimento de valores humanos e integração da espiritualidade à condição humana e saúde.

AbstractWe see more and more news in the media about increasing cases of violence in robberies, murders, crimes and corruption. Society passes through a revision of values where education and discipline for caring for humans use several theses aiming to discover efficient ways and tools for promoting a culture of peace based on values. Integral health promotion and the construction of a stronger community based on humane actions and human values may be favored by programs and projects based on a Transpersonal approach that revalues the importance of transcendence and spirituality inherent to human psyche. Many researches in this field are based on the question: How people exposed to risky situations and experiences harmful for their development are able to adjust to daily demands? The proposal of this article is to understand the grounds of transpersonal psychology integrative approach (Saldanha 2006) and its application for strengthening resilience mechanisms in human groups in general and groups of patient in a psychology clinic. For doing this we present the concepts on resilience and after mention the main bases of transpersonality applied to the development of human values and integration of spirituality to human condition and health.
