The article considers the basic principles of the vertical cities formation for the creation of a comfortable urban environment in conditions of rapid population growth and limited territories. As urban growth increases, there is a need for new concepts and approaches to urban space planning through the massive introduction of high-rise construction. The authors analyzed and systematized the list of high-tech solutions for arrangement the space of vertical cities, which are an integral part of the creation of the methodology for forming a high-rise buildings. Their concept differs in scale, presence of the big areas of public spaces, tendencies to self-sufficiency and sustainability, opportunity to offer the new unique comfortable environment to the population living in them.
The article deals with the conservation of cultural heritage objects due to their potential widespread deterioration. The suggestion to solve this problem is to create an integrated system for complex monitoring of cultural heritage objects technical condition. The stages of creating a realtime monitoring system with the choice of non-destructive testing methods, the necessary instruments, and tools, the result of which is the formation of a decision-making mechanism for a particular object, are proposed. Conducting monitoring by means of modeling allows predicting the behavior of structures and the building as a whole, taking into account the implementation of restoration measures.
Abstract. The article examines the basic provisions that regulate the composition and volume of complex engineering and technical studies needed for the definition of a technical condition, implementation of repair and restoration projects, conservation and adaptation for the modern use of cultural heritage objects, as well as to obtain reliable data on occurrence of the causes of deterioration and developing recommendations to ensure their preservation.
The article discusses ways to obtain positive effects when integrating the supply system into the design during the implementation and completion of the investment-construction project. The use of the principles of centralization and decentralization with the distribution of the main functions of the parent and subsidiary construction organizations is proposed. The improving mechanism for the material and technical supply system is consolidated according to principles of planning, organization, and control. The stages of a supply system integration into the building design are proposed during the implementation of the investment- construction project. The proposed mechanism allows you to plan the work of the supply system during the construction period, reduce the time frame for the implementation of the investment-construction project and obtain savings in financial resources.
Abstract. The article discusses the issues of preservation of cultural heritage objects due to their mass loss by creating a mechanism for the efficient selection of objects subject to renovation. The algorithm for the calculation of the degree of deterioration of the building and the integral index of value is proposed. The problem of definition of the objective function with respect to which is characterized by the objective function of the optimal feature set and the problem of definition of the target functions of state programs of renovation are solving preservation.
