The impact of the Covid'19 pandemic outbreak rocked almost more than half of the world economy. In fact, many large world-class companies have suffered losses. This study seeks to describe the survival capacity of village economic institutions in supporting the economic welfare of small entrepreneurs during the pandemic that hit the country. Qualitative descriptive is used as the method of this research. The results of the study explain that BUMDes are able to survive in running the economy during a pandemic through certain business approaches, such as: changing the marketing method for village products, designing new business strategies, arousing entrepreneurial spirit, and improving service quality. Thus it can be concluded that BUMDes was able to anticipate problems in business management during the Covid'19 pandemic

This study's technique uses quantitative strategies with SEM-PLS assessment and is assisted with the resource of the usage of the WarpPLS utility. The final results of those research located that there was a considerable effect of entrepreneurship schooling on entrepreneurial motivation, and entrepreneurial intention. However, there's no dating among entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention, so there's no mediating function among the connection among entrepreneurial training, and entrepreneurial intention.
The study intends to prove whether skills training (short courses), such as make up training can provide an effective role in fostering women's entrepreneurial intention.. Based on the latest data from IWAPI (Indonesian Women's Entrepreneurial Association), women have a significant role in contributing to the country's economy through its entrepreneurial activities. it is hoped that later it will provide understanding of how training can foster entrepreneurial intention for women. Path analysis with SPSS is used to test how the direct influence of training on entrepreneurial intentions and the indirect influence of training on entrepreneurial intentions through self-motivation in entrepreneurship. The results explained that the direct effect of skills training on entrepreneurial intentions showed a greater proportion than the indirect effect of skills training on entrepreneurial intentions through self-motivation in entrepreneurship. The effect of skills training with self-motivation of entrepreneurship simultaneously on entrepreneurial intentions shows that the skills training variable is not significant. It occurs because training is carried out in a short time, in which practice makeup skills require regular periodic training and assistance.
The waste condition that has not been resolved, followed by the PSBB program, has become a creative idea for community service through collaboration between academics, BUMDes and villagers and in collaboration with the Waste Bank Association. The selection of female participants in entrepreneurship training, because it is seen that women understand the waste better. Service methods using socialization and application practices are considered most effective in the implementation of entrepreneurship training based on women's specific knowledge. The results of service are conducive in the covid outbreak situation while still implementing physical distancing. Enthusiasm was high both by the BUMDes "Podho Joyo", Sidayu District, Gresik Regency and village women. Training on the concept of entrepreneurship is also provided by academics, so that through dedication can be an innovative solution for village welfare during a pandemic.
