Анотація. Проаналізовано актуальність створення в Україні первинного еталона одиниці ультразвукового тиску у водному середовищі в діапазоні частот від 0,5 МГц до 10 МГц, зумовлену необхідністю метрологічного забезпечення чинного ультразвукового медичного обладнання та проведення процедур оцінки відповідності вимогам технічного регламенту щодо медичних виробів для введення їх в експлуатацію. Перелік параметрів акустичного виходу ультразвукового медичного обладнання стандартизований Міжнародною електротехнічною комісією (ІЕС), зокрема параметри ультразвукового діагностичного обладнання нормують відповідно до ІЕС 61157, а параметри фізіотерапевтичного обладнання-ІЕС 61689. У статті проаналізовано методи відтворення ультразвукового тиску у водному середовищі в діапазоні частот від 0,5 МГц до 10 МГц, вибрано метод для створення первинного еталона одиниці ультразвукового тиску у водному середовищіметод взаємності із двома перетворювачами. Наведено математичну модель методу відтворення одиниці ультразвукового тиску, функціональну схему еталона з описом роботи основних елементів та подано загальний вигляд створеного первинного еталона. Окремо вказано основні вимоги до допоміжного ультразвукового перетворювача, який застосовують відповідно до вибраного методу. Також наведено вимоги до вимірювального середовищаводи. Описано експериментальні дослідження метрологічних властивостей еталона та наведено порівняння отриманих метрологічних характеристик створеного еталона з характеристиками відповідних зарубіжних еталонів.
