Dentinal hypersensitivity and unesthetic appearance are common findings after excision of an epulis due to exposure of root and underlying bone. The simultaneous placement of subepithelial connective tissue grafting after excision of the lesion seems to be viable surgical option in such cases. Furthermore, this will avoid second surgical procedure for the management of the residual gingival defect.
Indian constitution is very much humble and soft spoken for human being. It is considered as holy epic for Indian democracy. The opening term in our Preamble, "we, the people......," is widely understood to encompass not just man and woman, but also third gender. Transgender persons, like men and women, are a part of India's population. As a result, the phrase "WE" in the Preamble encompasses transgender people, and the Preamble attempts to guarantee that they are protected by the essential ideas espoused therein. The Preamble promises to provide justice, liberty, and equality to its citizens. Only when everyone in society receives his due is justice conceivable. A fair society is one in which everyone has equal rights and opportunities. Individual liberty are not subjected to unreasonable restrictions. Furthermore, there is no bias or discrimination. As a result, equality and liberty are linked. Equality cannot exist without liberty, and liberty without equality is useless.

Though the etiology of POF remains unknown, some investigators consider it an inflammatory or reactive process, while others suggest it is a neoplastic process. Here, we present a case of POF in a 10-year-old boy, affecting the maxillary anterior gingiva along with its clinical, radiographic, histologic characteristics, differential diagnosis, treatment and one year follow-up.
Individually and collectively, every human being has the right to safeguard, maintain, promote, and revive unique cultural traditions, languages, rituals, festivals, and locations in accordance with international human rights legislation. They have the right to seek, receive, provide, and use resources for all of these reasons without regard to sexual orientation, sex characteristics, gender identity, or gender expression. Three more requirements for member nations are embodied in this collection of nine additional principles. It is the result of a better knowledge of the elements of international human rights legislation and their connections to rising gender-based and sex-based breaches. Even the original Yogyakarta principles, which were established in 2006, carry a caution that, in light of recent advancements in the disciplines of law and its application to people of various personalities, future updates, additions, and alterations may be required.
