Este artigo tem como objetivo descrever o processo logístico de atendimento emergencial da comunidade indígena Inhãa-Bé desde a solicitação à remoção do paciente que ocorre tanto por via terrestre quanto aquática para chegar a algum hospital de Manaus, esse serviço tem como desafios o acesso às zonas rurais, comunicação, manutenção do transporte aquático e terrestre, entre outros que implicam no serviço dos profissionais da saúde e no tratamento dos indígenas. Trata-se de um método classificado como estudo de caso de caráter empírico que investiga um fenômeno atual no contexto da vida real, esse fenômeno no presente trabalho é o deslocamento dos profissionais de saúde e dos indígenas da comunidade localizada em zona rural (YIN, 2001). O método de investigação é o exploratório, pois permite identificar as variáveis chaves de um fenômeno em determinado contexto, suas ligações e explicar o porquê que essas ligações existem (VOSS et al, 2002). Os dados foram coletados por meio de visitas, entrevistas semiestruturadas, com a comunidade e um profissional de saúde da zona rural de Manaus. Além de recursos tecnológicos, como o Google Maps, WhatsApp e o software Bizagi. O projeto está registrado no Comitê de Ética e Pesquisa (CEP) e da Comissão Nacional de Ética em Pesquisa (CONEP), sob o número do CAAE-31042620.4.0000.5016, parecer de nº 4.426.906. A partir dos diálogos levantados, o estudo possibilitou mapear o procedimento de deslocamento dos indígenas em situação de emergência, em que foi identificado ineficiências no processo de deslocamento da comunidade até o município de Manaus. Foi realizada uma proposta compartilhada, a fim de solucionar essas ineficiências que ocorrem no processo de deslocamento. Sendo assim, o entendimento dos desafios logísticos tanto da comunidade Inhãa-Bé quanto dos profissionais de saúde, desvelou meios para melhorias no processo logístico de acesso aos hospitais dos comunitários em estudo. O estudo revelou que, os desafios logísticos são limitações de comunicação, por apresentar apenas uma operadora de telefonia, o sistema de rodízio dos profissionais de saúde, os fatores ambientais, cheia e seca do Rio Tarumã-Açu, a falta de transporte aquático, adequado para emergência. Sendo assim, de acordo com os indígenas seria de grande valor uma UBS (Unidade Básica de Saúde) próxima do Rio Tarumã-Açu.
