Resumo O linfoma de Hodgkin (LH) é uma neoplasia maligna determinada por linfócitos B. Genes como o OGG1, o APEX1 e o XRCC1 desempenham papel importante na regulação de vias do sistema de reparo de DNA por excisão de bases, que controlam as respostas celulares aos danos no DNA causados pelas espécies reativas de oxigênio formadas durante o surgimento do LH. Entretanto, habilidades herdadas distintas para reparar danos no DNA, associadas a polimorfismos gênicos, podem influenciar a produção das referidas enzimas. Frente ao exposto, o objetivo deste estudo é o de avaliar os papéis dos polimorfismos OGG1 c.977C>G, APEX1 c.444T>G, e XRCC1 c.-77C>T e c.1196A>G na ocorrência do LH, bem como em suas manifestações clínicas. Foram avaliados 125 pacientes com LH e 200 controles. Os seguida por digestão enzimática. Nós observamos que os referidos polimorfismos não alteram o risco de ocorrência do LH, entretanto, o polimorfismo OGG1 c.977C>G foi relacionado com o estágio do tumor avançado em nossa amostra.
