A Cannabis sativa, conhecida como maconha, é composta por mais de 400 substâncias dentre as quais se destacam o tetrahidrocanabinol (THC) e principalmente o canabidiol (CBD) pelos seus benefícios na ansiedade. Assim, este estudo descreve a possibilidade do uso da Cannabis sativa no controle da ansiedade. Realizou-se uma revisão de literatura, através do cruzamento dos descritores nas bases de dados SCIELO, LILACS e MEDLINE no período de 2016 a 2020. Ansiedade é um sentimento vago e desagradável de medo, apreensão, caracterizado por tensão ou desconforto derivado de antecipação de perigo de algo desconhecido ou estranho, tendo como tratamento o uso principalmente de benzodiazepínicos (BZD). Porém, esses fármacos podem apresentar efeitos colaterais mesmo quando empregados em dose única ou por tempo restrito. A utilização terapêutica do CBD em um vasto espectro de concentrações da planta, não detectaram importantes efeitos colaterais e tóxicos, possuindo um perfil de segurança adequado, boa tolerabilidade e resultados positivos possibilitando seu uso na prática clínica. Diante disso, há evidências que a Cannabis sativa, em especial o CBD, pode ser uma terapia alternativa para o controle da ansiedade por apresentar uma menor recorrência de efeitos colaterais em comparação aos medicamentos geralmente utilizados.
Objetivo: O objetivo do presente trabalho é relatar um caso clínico de um portador de lipoma intraoral em região de assoalho de boca à direita. Metodologia: Consiste em um estudo qualitativo, observacional, descritivo e retrospectivo, do tipo relato de caso, acerca de um lipoma intraoral, evidenciando características clínicas e histopatológicas desta lesão. Relato de Caso: Paciente do sexo feminino, 63 anos, hipertensa, diabética, apresentou-se ao serviço de cirurgia e traumatologia bucomaxilofacial do Hospital Getúlio Vargas, queixando-se de aumento de volume em região de assoalho de boca. Observou-se um aumento de volume extraoral em região submentoniana e intraoral em assoalho bucal à direita, apresentando mesma coloração da mucosa, indolor à palpação e de consistência flácida. Após o exame de ultrassonografia, constatou-se tecido de aspecto lipomatoso e optou-se pela biópsia excisional da lesão sob anestesia geral, com abordagem intraoral. O exame histopatológico confirmou o diagnóstico de lipoma. Discussão: Os lipomas são frequentemente diagnosticados de forma errônea, sendo confundidos com os lipossarcomas. Isso ocorre uma vez que os lipossarcomas, lesões lipomatosas raras, possuem uma apresentação clínica atípica. Dessa forma, em diversos casos, pode haver o comprometimento do prognóstico do paciente. Conclusão: Em suma, os lipomas são neoplasias benignas de natureza adiposa que são atípicas na cavidade oral, não sendo associadas à algia. O exame histopatológico é imprescindível para diferenciar o lipoma dos tumores similares, embora as variantes microscópicas, geralmente, não afetem o prognóstico.
RESUMOEste trabalho propõe uma discussão do movimento da Literatura Marginal contemporâneo (iniciado na década de 90), que tem como um de seus grandes expoentes o escritor Ferréz. A partir deste trabalho, vamos conhecer e analisar o que intenciona e objetiva o movimento da literatura marginal, conceituar e diferenciar cultura marginal de outras formas de cultura. E, através do estudo do romance Capão pecado, escrito por Ferréz, vamos conhecer um pouco da história do protagonista Rael, discutir e refletir sobre questões como a formação de múltiplas identidades e o descentramento do sujeito na obra em tela, a partir da crise do sujeito pós-moderno, provocado pelo contexto situacional de cada indivíduo.Palavras-chaveLiteratura Marginal Contemporânea, Cultura marginal, Ferréz.
