The authors emphasized that the development of the agricultural machinery industry is inextricably linked with the development of agricultural production, and consequently, changes in land use forms and the development of agricultural science, which, in turn, are conditioned by the current socio-political conditions and progress in the field of agricultural knowledge. It is proved that the impetus for the development of domestic agricultural machinery is the agricultural holdings. The authors focused on the fact that state support and regulation of the agricultural machinery market was proposed by stimulating the renewal of the technical park through the improvement of financial leasing, the reduction in the cost of medium- and long-term loans, and the improvement of the procedures for putting equipment into operation. It is noted that in order to preserve the process of updating the machine and tractor fleet and high-tech equipment in agriculture, it is necessary to ensure the effectiveness of state programs to support domestic agricultural enterprises, which will allow the restoration of their financial viability, and this in turn will serve as an impetus to the development of the market of agricultural machinery due to the growing demand for technical means.

In today's world, under the current geopolitical situation and current trends in the development of the world economy, the ability to ensure their own strategic security is the most important condition for the survival of enterprises. The purpose of the study is to formulate the specifics of «strategic security» and develop the mechanism of strategic security of the enterprise under the conditions of the developing economic crisis. The work presents the author's definition of the concept of «strategic security» and highlights its features. Based on the studied models, the main stages of the strategic security mechanism of the enterprise are formulated and their characteristics are provided. The range of problems of the mechanism implementation within the strategy or strategic plan of the company is determined. The focus is on the security environment since the beginning of the large-scale war started by the Russian Federation against Ukraine in February 2022 as well as the changes it has undergone since then. The author prognosticates trends in the development of Ukraine's security environment in the post-war period based on the identified sources of the main threats to the national security of Ukraine, as well as vulnerabilities, advantages, and opportunities for the development of the state and society in the new conditions. It is also predicted that sources of the main threats to the national security of Ukraine in the post-war period will undergo transformation. The author claims that a timely identification of existing and projected threats to national security, vulnerabilities, strengths of the state and society, and their opportunities to further protect national interests in the conditions of a certain security situation, when along with an account of trends in the development of the security environment, provide a foundation for determining the strategic goals and priorities of state policy in national security. The research results give grounds to conclude that the main strategic goal for Ukraine in national security is the development of sufficient domestic capabilities as a basis for ensuring its own security and resilience. The inefficiency of the national security system is one of the biggest threats to Ukraine's national security. The strategic planning in the field of security and defense has been developed to identify the means, including the future structure of forces, which would allow the institutions of the defense and security sector to deal with potential future threats effectively. The purpose of this study is development of theoretical and practical measures to increase the effectiveness of strategic management of national security processes based on goal setting, forecasting, and planning in the context of informatization of society. The object of study there is a process of forming the state system of strategic planning of national security of Ukraine. The relevance of this study is due to the need for legal regulation and improvement of the state system of strategic planning of national security of Ukraine. To achieve the goal of the study special scientific methods of legal knowledge were used. The results of the analysis showed that ensuring national security must rely on the principle of systematization, which means that the security and defense sector of Ukraine is considered as a single object of forecasting and planning. This study substantiates the main directions of systemic reform of the security and defense sector, which have been carried out in Ukraine to ensure the protection of the constitutional order, sovereignty, territorial integrity of the state in the face of armed aggression. The priorities should be implemented through key tasks, such as the establishment of a comprehensive strategic analysis of military threats to Ukraine's national security, coordination of intelligence activities, development of joint intelligence capabilities of the defense forces to obtain complete and reliable warning information for timely decision-making guaranteeing the military security of the state. Analytical description of the community, national strategic management of national security as the basis for the formation of state security with a reflection of the collective actions of diplomacy, administration, and general knowledge management. An attempt to create a package and goals in the context of a comprehensive strategy as a concept of concrete state action to promote social and civic science is typical in the cause-and-effect relationship of the system as a security tool. Accumulated knowledge related primarily to modern views on the philosophical and methodological foundations of ensuring national security is presented and systematized. In particular, the principles of the scientific study of security as a social phenomenon are considered. The article is devoted to systemic aspects of the foundations of national security. The main concepts and categories of national security are considered national interests, threats and challenges to national security, the structure of national values of Ukraine, and their relationship with national interests and goals. The concept and design of the national security system, conceptual approaches to its provision, as well as the system of federal security provision, are considered in detail (in particular, such issues as identification and comprehensive assessment of the level of threats to national security, conceptual principles for assessing the state's defense adequacy, determining the agenda for state authorities, adequate to threats to vital national interests). Several other principles are considered issues, the solution of which depends on the effectiveness of state management decisions on ensuring national security. Among them the information model of the mechanism of state-management decision-making in the process of ensuring national security, the basis of the coordination mechanism interests of man and society, theoretical foundations, and practical aspects of the organization of strategic management in the field of national security.
