Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif di mana data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 89 orang ditentukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan total mean pada setiap variabel dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa sesuai dengan nilai t-hitung kecerdasan emosional pegawai pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Gorontalo sebesar 5,455 sedangkan nilai t-tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh a = 5% atau juga (87) - 4,035, artinya ada berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan kata lain, nilai t-hitung adalah 5,455, dan nilai t-tabel adalah 4,035 atau hitung lebih tinggi (5,455 4,035). Selain itu, nilai signifikansi kecerdasan emosional lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 0,05) sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 0,50%, artinya pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Provinsi Gorontalo sebesar 50,5%. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis penelitian diverifikasi dan diterima.

The financial management of Islamic boarding schools still uses simple methods, accounting that has been used so far has not used financial reports that are in accordance with Islamic boarding school accounting guidelines. The purpose of this service is to provide additional knowledge to financial managers in compiling financial reports using software in order to provide transparent, accountable and accountable reporting. The method of implementing the activity is counseling, discussion and question and answer, which begins with providing knowledge about how to prepare Islamic boarding school accounting financial reports.
Cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis is one of several very useful tools for managers in giving orders. The purpose of the research on these five tofu industries is to analyze the cost of profit volume as the basis for the profit target to be achieved by the tofu industry presented by several tofu and tempeh factories in Gorontalo, namely to provide information on how to analyze the cost-volume-profit by using this technique. algebra, graphic engineering, and trial and error calculation techniques. The research method used by the author is a descriptive approach, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from research informants and the behavior of the observed object of research. The results show that the cost-volume-profit analysis is often simply described as a break-even analysis. However, companies must also realize that break-even analysis is the key to cost-volume-profit analysis. The researcher chose the Teenage Tofu Tempe Factory Work I”, “Mbak Sri Tofu Factory, “Blessing Tempeh Tofu Factory” and “Rina Tofu Tempe Factory as research locations. Researchers get information about problems at the location of the production process. The owner does not take into account all production costs in setting the cost of goods sold so that profits cannot reach the target.
A good place of business to implement accounting knowledge in the process of running its business. Researchers teach inventory cards to one of the tofu factory owners in order to simplify or expedite factory operations, both production and sales. The same goes for order cards. Therefore, we feel that information regarding the use of the two cards needs to be conveyed to the place of business, especially in Gorontalo City, Gorontalo Province. Then we chose the Tofu and Tempe Factory owned by local residents as a place of service which we also used as a place of research. This research method is descriptive qualitative using lectures, interviews, and hands-on practice on how to use inventory cards and order cards. Sebuah tempat usaha baiknya mengimplementasikan ilmu akuntansi dalam proses berjalannya usahanya. Peneliti mengajarkan kartu persediaan kepada salah satu pemilik pabrik tahu agar mempermudah atau memperlancar operasional pabrik baik produksi maupun penjualan. Begitu pun dengan kartu pesanan. Oleh karena itu kami merasa informasi mengenai penggunaan kedua kartu tersebut perlu disampaikan pada tempat usaha khususnya yang berada di Kota Gorontalo, Provinsi Gorontalo. Kemudian kami memilih Pabrik Tahu dan Tempe milik warga setempat sebagai tempat pengabdian yang juga kami jadikan sebagai tempat penelitian. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan cara ceramah, wawancara, dan praktik langsung bagaiaman cara menggunakan kartu persediaan dan kartu pesanan.
