Горбачевського" СТРУКТУРНІ ЗМІНИ ПЛАЦЕНТАРНОГО КОМПЛЕКСУ ПРИ ДИСФУНКЦІї ПЛАЦЕНТИ У ВАГІТНИХ Резюме. Показники перинатальної захворюваності й смертності входять до основних критеріїв оцінки стану системи охорони здоров'я держави Всесвітньої організації охорони здоров'я. Плацентарна дисфункції ускладнює стан внутрішньоутробного плода, що проявляється затримкою його росту, відіграє важливу роль у структурі перинатальної захворюваності й смертнос-ті. Мета дослідження -оцінити морфофункціональні зміни в посліді здорових породіль та провести порівняльний аналіз із плацентами породіль з діагностовано плацентарною дисфункцією, які отримували лікування за загальноприйнятою методикою та запропонованою нами. Матеріали і методи. Ми вивчили морфофункціональні зміни в посліді 30 здорових породіль та провели порівняльний аналіз із плацентами 60 породіль з діагностованою плацентарною дисфункцією, з них 30 вагітних отримували лікування за загально-прийнятою методикою та 30 -запропонованою нами. Результати досліджень та їх обговорення. Виявлено, що комплексна терапія плацентарної дисфункції із використанням тивортину та l-карнітину дозволяє зменшити інтенсивність патологічних структурних змін у посліді, зокрема за рахунок по-кращення морфофункціонального стану кровоносного русла. Висновки. При фізіологічному перебігу вагітності найчастіше спостерігається розсипний, а також проміжний тип кровопоста-чання плаценти, які забезпечують оптимальні умови гемодинаміки в її судинному руслі. Комплексна терапія плацентарної дисфункції із використанням тивортину та l-карнітину дозволяє зменшити інтенсивність патологічних структурних змін у по-сліді, зокрема за рахунок покращення морфофункціонального стану кровоносного русла, а також сприяє активації адаптацій-но-компенсаторних процесів у плаценті, що в результаті дає змогу покращити обмінні процеси в системі мати-плацента-плід.
