Bacteriophages of methanotrophic bacteria were isolated from 67 fish. Only two phages isolated from two fish species specifically lysed Methylocystis sp. and Flavobacterium gasotypicum. The phages lysing these species were designated 63-F and CMF-1-F, respectively. The isolated phages differed greatly in the fine structure of the virion, plaque morphology, spectrum of lytic action, serological properties, and UV sensitivity. At the same time, they had identical one-step growth characteristics: their latent period equalled 5 h, lysis time was 3 to 4 h, and burst size was about 240 virions. The phages had guanineand cytosine-rich double-stranded DNAs consisting of common nitrogen bases. The molecular masses of the DNAs as determined by the sums of restriction endonuclease cleavage fragments were 28 x 106 daltons for phage 63-F and 31 x 106 daltons for phage CMF-1-F.

Galchenko, A.M. Abdulaev, I.I. Shlapak. Using software based on the Monte-Carlo method for receiving the few-group homogenized macroscopic interaction cross-section. The constant preparation issues are important for performing the few-group analysis for different states of the reactor core. Besides, the constant preparation method influences the further calculations accuracy and quality. The transport software products (deterministic codes) are usually used for the few-group characteristics preparation. On the basis of the neutron transport theory these codes calculate neutron fluxes depending on the energy and on the location in the cell. In present paper the description of fuel assembly calculation scheme for preparing the few-group characteristics is given for the Serpent code. This code uses the MonteCarlo method and energy continuous microscopic data library. Serpent code was developed for calculating the fuel assembly characteristics including burnup calculations and preparation of the few-group homogenized macroscopic interaction cross-sections for the core calculating. The calculation scheme for the Serpent code for FAA and the results of the basic neutron-physical characteristics comparative calculations with PHOENIX-H and WIMSD5B codes are presented.
In this paper we have analyzed accounting spent nuclear fuel (SNF) burnup of VVER-1000 and RBMK-1000 only with actinides. The following characteristics were analyzed: initial fuel enrichment, burnup fraction, axial burnup profile in the fuel assembly (FA) and fuel weight. As the results show, in the first 400 hours after stopping the reactor, there is an increase in the effective neutron multiplication factor (keff) due to beta decay of 239Np into 239Pu. Further, from 5 to 50 years, decrease in keff due to beta decay of 241Pu into 241Am. In the future there is a slight change in criticality of the system. Accounting nuclear fuel burnup in the justification of nuclear safety of SNF storages will provide an opportunity to increase the volume of loaded fuel and thus significantly reduce technology costs of handling of SNF.
