Резюме. Дерматогліфічні обстеження широко застосовують у діагностиці багатьох уроджених і набутих захворювань. Доведено, що показники дерматогліфіки можуть бути використані як маркери полігенної системи для дослідження деяких закономірностей фенотипового прояву полігенних систем в онтогенезі. Вивчення спільних зв’язків між пальцевими відбитками і зубощелепними аномаліями може допомогти на ранньому етапі виявити осіб із генетичною схильністю. Мета дослідження – розробити прогностичні математичні моделі можливості виникнення зубощелепних аномалій у чоловіків і жінок на основі аналізу особливостей дерматогліфічних показників. Матеріали і методи. Проведено дерматогліфічне дослідження за методикою H. Cummins і Ch. Midlo у 34 чоловіків та у 36 жінок із зубощелепними аномаліями віком 35–44 роки. Як контроль використано результати дерматогліфічних досліджень 43 практично здорових чоловіків і 44 жінок аналогічного віку. Результати досліджень та їх обговорення. Дискримінантні моделі за допомогою дерматогліфічних показників дозволили розділити міських жителів м. Ужгорода на здорових і хворих із зубощелепними аномаліями. Найбільший внесок у дискримінацію між здоровими і хворими чоловіками має довжина лінії аd на правій кисті, а між здоровими і хворими жінками – наявність осьового трирадіуса t, індексу Каміннса і довжини лінії ct на лівій кисті. Висновки. Дискримінантні моделі виникнення зубощелепних аномалій, залежно від дерматогліфічних показників, є адекватними і можуть використовуватися для раннього прогнозу ризику виникнення цього захворювання.
За даними багатьох досліджень, поширеність зубощелепних аномалій (ЗЩА) в структурі стоматологічної захворюваності стоїть на третьому місці після карієсу зубів і патології тканин пародонта. Функціональні розлади та ортодонтичні порушення зубощелепної системи є не тільки проблемою стану здоров'я людини, але і важливим аспектом в процесі формування особистості та соціального статусу. Мета дослідження – вивчити поширеність зубощелепних аномалій та удосконалити організацію профілактичної роботи серед школярів у віці 14–15 років. Матеріали і методи. Обстежено 268 дітей та підлітків: 122 хлопців (45,5 %) і 146 дівчат (54,5 %). Для верифікації діаґнозу ЗЩА використовували класифікацію Д. А. Калвеліса, для оцінки потреби в ортодонтичному лікуванні використали клінічний індекс Index Of Treatment Need, призначений для визначення наявності та оцінки вираження зубощелепних аномалій безпосередньо при огляді пацієнта. Результати досліджень та їх обговорення. У структурі видів патологічного прикусу найчастіше зустрічався глибокий (38,0 %), на другому місці знаходився перехресний тип (28,8 %), 20,4 % склав дистальний вид, 7,3 % – прямий, 3,3 % – відкритий, 2,2 % – мезіальний. У 74,0 % дітей була деформація зубних рядів. Найбільш часто (46,0 випадків на 100) – деформації нижнього зубного ряду, в 28,0 випадків на 100 – верхнього зубного ряду. У 58,0 % дітей реєстрували скупчення зубів, в 23,4 % випадків спостерігалася трема, а в 18,6 % – діастема. Найчастіше скупчення зубів відзначалося в передньому відділі нижньої щелепи (44,4 випадка на 100 оглянутих), причому в дівчаток воно фіксувалося достовірно частіше. Рідше – в передньому відділі верхньої щелепи (16,1 на 100 оглянутих). Інші локалізації даної патології були рідко. Висновки. В ході обстеження ротової порожнини було виявлено, що в більшості випадків у дітей 12–15 років спостерігалися аномалії розвитку зубів, що могло бути зумовлено як вродженими чинниками, так і впливом зовнішніх факторів. Всі подібні випадки повинні мати корекцію в ортодонта з метою ранньої профілактики як самих ортодонтичних порушень, так і їх наслідків, проте батьки не поспішають приводити дітей на прийом до ортодонта.
Резюме. Порушення в розвитку зубощелепового апарату завдають шкоди не тільки здоров’ю дитини, але і негативно впливають на її адаптацію в соціальному середовищі. Велике значення у розвитку зубощелепних аномалій (ЗЩА) має спадковість. Вивчення спільних зв’язків між пальцевими малюнками та проведення генеалогічного аналізу й ЗЩА може допомогти в ранньому виявленні осіб із генетичною схильністю до аномалій. Мета дослідження – визначити роль генеалогічних та дерматогліфічних досліджень для скринінгу осіб, схильних до зубощелепних аномалій. Матеріали і методи. Для вирішення поставлених завдань проведені дослідження у 15 осіб від 19 до 74 років, що становили широке коло родичів пробанда З зі складанням родоводу в трьох поколіннях: батьки, діти й онуки. Результати досліджень та їх обговорення. Для родичів пробанда характерними візерунками були ульнарні петлі та/або дуги на пальцях правої та лівої рук. Клініко-генеалогічний аналіз членів сімей пробанда виявив, що в усіх випадках захворювання спостерігається в кожному поколінні; наявність її у одного з батьків; кожний хворий має хоча б одного родича з тією ж самою ознакою. Про аутосомно-домінантний тип успадкування свідчить поширеність цієї патології по вертикалі в обох статей. ЗЩА бувають у кожному поколінні родоводу. Співвідношення хворих хлопчиків і дівчат однакове. Імовірність народження дитини із ЗЩА, якщо хворий один з батьків становить 50 %. Висновки. Дерматогліфічний аналіз в комплексі з генеалогічними дослідженнями може бути використано для скринінгу спадкових захворювань серед населення з метою ранньої діагностики. Ефективним підходом до профілактики спадкових захворювань зубощелепних аномалій є медико-генетичне консультування, в результаті якого пацієнти можуть отримати відомості про успадкування патології, ймовірності її розвитку.
