Цель-Изучить уровни IL-13 и DEFA1 у пациентов с хроническими диффузными заболеваниями печени и оценить их взаимосвязь с клинико-лабораторными показателями. Материалы и методы. Определение уровней IL-13 и DEFA1 выполнялось у 25 пациентов с диагнозом-Хронический гепатит и 40-Цирроз печени. В контрольную группу вошли 15 практически здоровых человек. Определение уровней IL-13 и DEFA1 проводилось методом твердофазного ИФА. Результаты и обсуждение. У пациентов с хроническими гепатитами и циррозом печени класса тяжести А, В и С по Чайлд-Пью наблюдаются повышенные уровни IL-13 по сравнению с практически здоровыми лицами (p<0,01). При этом, достоверных различий между группами хронического гепатита и цирроза печени выявлено не было. Установлены взаимосвязи между уровнем IL-13 и количеством лейкоцитов и лимфоцитов в общем анализе крови, уровнем общего билирубина, коэффициентом де Ритиса и активностью альфа-амилазы (p<0,05). Уровень DEFA1 у пациентов с хроническим гепатитом и циррозом печени класса тяжести А, В и С по Чайлд-Пью достоверно выше, чем в контрольной группе (p<0,001). Уровень DEFA1 в группах хронического гепатита и цирроза печени достоверно не различаются. Выявлена ассоциация уровня DEFA1 у пациентов с хроническими заболеваниями печени и активности щелочной фосфатазы (p<0,05). У пациентов с хроническими заболеваниями печени установлена зависимость между уровнями IL-13 и DEFA1 (p<0,001). Проведение ROC анализа показало, что с чувствительностью 50% и специфичностью 100% при уровне DEFA1 более 354,8 пг/мл можно подтвердить наличие диффузного заболевания печени (p<0,001). У пациентов с хроническим гепатитом и циррозом печени установлены взаимосвязи между уровнями IL-13, DEFA1 и следующими ферментативными активностями сыворотки крови: гиалуронидазной, трипсиноподобной, дезоксирибонуклеазной и эластазной.
