A three-compartment dosimetric model of the gastrointestinal tract (GI tract) of cattle is constructed and the main parameters of this model (distribution of contents in the GI tract divisions, mean time of contents stay in each division and the effective transport rate constants) are experimentally determined. This model permits one to calculate the mean absorbed doses in the GI tract divisions with accuracy ranged in & (5 + 30) % and can be useful for practical aims.
